Only a 5 min walk to the Golf Course and Sitting minutes from beaches and fun-filled events! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental home has upgrades everywhere. This traditional Florida ranch-style split floor plan home has the master suite on the one side of the home and guest accommodations on the other side. The home will accommodate up to six adult guests comfortably.

winter getaway

Very nice property in a great location. The pool was heated perfectly. Right next to a golf course so quiet area and great for walking dog. Nice extras like bikes, beach chairs...Would be great for families. Little hiccup checking in which was resolved and the hot tub is basically an extension of the pool. Good communication with host. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation Stay

I would definitely give this rental house, property management team, and the owner a great review. Everything advertised in the description was accurate. The location is very convenient to downtown Cape Coral, grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. My wife and I stayed there for thirty-eight days and have no complaints. I am a huge sports fan and wanted to watch my Kentucky Wildcats on the big screen TV so I wanted to upgrade the TV cable package. I contacted the property management and the owner at 10 AM and informed them I was willing to pay for an upgrade. The upgrade was completed by 4 PM. In fact, the owner called me at 6 PM to see if the changes had been made. Although we had some cool days during our stay, the pool was heated to 88 degrees and the Patio was very relaxing to sit outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely request this place again if we are able to come back to Cape Coral next year.

Our vaca!!

It was amazing. It was in a quite neighborhood but had so much to the house. Loved having the 3 bedrooms, the kitchen was just the perfect size. The house was amazing but then you add the pool. It was so nice to just get up and lay in the pool 1st thing in the morning. But the pool was great no matter what the temperatures were that week. We will all definitely will be back and we will be bring more family. It’s perfect for a great family vacations!! Thanks again Adam!!

Beautiful Stay

We had a lil hick-up the first few days we were there which was no fault of the host, property manager or owners because it was something beyond their control and I am very glad to say the owners went over and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable throughout the time. I loved the fact that the property manager & owner were extremely prompt in attending to whatever issues were brought to their attention (don’t find that too often). As for the home, it was immaculate inside and out, we were at the home for 18 days and I rarely saw my husband because he loved the pool area so much that he was always outside until the wee hours of the morning, it was very spacious, clean, and well decorated. My kids (11 & 16) absolutely loved the reading area, J&J bathroom and loved the heated pool even more. The home was well equipped for adults to babies, it had nice & comfy blankets, extra soft towels & sheets and big TVs in each room. My daughter did her daily therapy sessions in the pool, and it was peaceful and, in the neighborhood, overall, I would highly recommend this home for a nice peaceful, and wonderful getaway, and we would most definitely return. Thanks again for having my family.

Wonderful vacation

Rented for a month. Place was spacious. Pool was well heated and weather was fantastic. We spent every day in the pool. The bonus was that the golf course was a 2 minute walk from the front door! The course was very decent. Walked back and jumped in the pool. Amazing. The house itself is just a bit tired looking inside (needs a good spring cleaning and some touch ups) and the kitchen is on the small side but manageable. It’s stocked with the basics and the rest of the furnishings were adequate for our use. The property management team was swift to act whenever we had an issue and were accommodating when we had special requests. Overall I would consider returning if for no other reason than to be able to walk to the golf course.

Visit Family Capoe Coral

We had an excellent stay. Perfect place to relax and enjoy family. Our son lives in Cape Coral and he and his family visited each day. The home was ideal for this and the pool was in beautiful condition. Very quiet neighborhood. Property managers were very helpful responsive and and easy to reach. Would rent this home again.

Wonderful vacation home!

We were looking for a quiet week away for our family. This home was just that! The home sits in a nice quiet neighborhood! Very clean, plenty of cookware, utensils, having the grill to use was wonderful, a grocery store was a quick drive to get to, the pool being heated was amazing, pool floats galore, everything was very cozy and comfortable! I couldn’t imagine needing anything more than the owners supplied! It was a great vacation!

Perfect place for us to stay for Twins Spring Training games, centrally located in Cape Coral so everything you need is nearby. Pool was amazing and house was perfect for our needs.

Great Property

Three BR, oversized master bathroom with loads of closet space. Jack & Jill for other two BRS. Large sliding door is easy access to screened pool area. All utilities worked fine. Very clean and well kept. Easy access to all of Cape Coral and Fort Meyers. We will return.

Well Maintained Home

The home was immaculate with the most comfortable beds on which we have ever slept! The white Hotel Collection towels were thick, fluffy, and plentiful. Beach towels were also available. The tasteful furniture is new and comfortable and the indoor and outdoor tables each seated 6. The home is located on a quiet street and a golf course is 100 yards away. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and equipment for children available. The pool was heated to 88 and floats and pool toys were available. The property manager was easily reached and responded promptly. We recommend this home.
