Welcome to our beautifully renovated 4 Bedroom - 3.5 Bathroom beach home at Grande Pointe in Inlet Beach.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Located within the quiet Grande Pointe neighborhood, this pristine beach home is the perfect spot for those looking to spend their time in, on or by the water. The community pool is only 0.3 miles away and leads directly to the community's dock access to Lake Powell for paddle boarding, kayaking, and other watersports. On the south, the home is 0.6 miles from the closest public beach access point (Phillips Inlet), and has a total of four beach access points with 1.5 miles. You will be in close proximity to boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue but also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. The home is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport.
Stepping through the shiplapped entryway, the home's hardwood floors lead off into the main dining area with seating for six. The open concept kitchen comes stacked with premium fixtures, fittings, and appliances; granite countertops, soft-close cabinets, stainless steel fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of cooking room on the five-burner gas range and abundant cutlery and utensils for all your culinary needs. There is extra barstool seating for up to three people at the generously sized kitchen island. Between the home's downstairs living room and large upstairs bonus room, there is ample seating for the whole group. The bonus room also comes with a pull-out twin sleeper sofa. Both seating areas come with large flat-screen smart TVs.
The home's large outdoor space is not to be missed - a generously sized screened-in back porch has plenty of seating room and an outside TV. The paved back patio comes with a built-in natural gas fire pit, a gas grill, table seating for six, and hanging string lights overhead to unwind after a long day at the beach.
The downstairs master bedroom comes with a king bed, mounted TV, and a walk-through to a private closet from the full bathroom. Heading upstairs, bedroom two has a queen bed, while the bunk room sleeps six people across the custom-made full and twin bunks. Bedrooms two and three share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo just off the second-floor landing, while bedroom four (the second-floor master) comes with a king bed and private en suite with a walk-in shower.
AMENITIES:
The home provides a six-seater electric golf cart, plenty of beach gear, towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, cooking utensils, premium streaming through the home's FuboTV account, and a long driveway able to accommodate three cars. The garage also hosts four brand-new premium beach cruisers. We offer a starter supply of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities:

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.
Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.
