La Paloma del Mar Beach Front GATED Estate in Las Conchas is the perfect setting for Family Reunions, Birthday and Anniversary Celebrations, Girls Getaway, Corporate Retreats, Small Weddings, Yoga retreats etc. Our property can handle a large group (up to 34 people including children) in a total of up to 15 bedrooms, 14 bath spread out over the Estate in 2 Main houses and 5 Guest Homes.

La Paloma Del Mar's beach front location affords your group spectacular ocean sunsets, a walk on the beach or a game of tennis with friends on your private court. La Paloma del Mar is a luxurious private estate situated on nearly 1.5 acres on the Sea of Cortez in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) Sonora, Mexico. This serene beach is the perfect setting to watch the sunrise and sunset on the same horizon. Although located on a secluded beach, you will still be only a few miles back to the dining, shopping and fun times that Puerto Peñasco has to offer.

The estate consists of a beachfront main house with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, an off beach 4 bedroom 3 bath home, and 5 separate guest homes. When combined you can have a total of 15 bedrooms and 14 baths for up to 37 people. And some of the property is handicap accessible. So, whether you require accommodations of 15 bedrooms and over 7,900 square feet for up to 34 guests or a 1 bedroom romantic tennis villa with ocean views, La Paloma Del Mar is the ultimate in luxury. Our front entrance has an automated SECURITY GATE.

Located in the security patrolled community of Las Conchas, La Paloma Del Mar is only a 4 hour drive from Tucson or Phoenix, and the Puerto Peñasco Airport is an international port of entry for private aircraft.

Amazing Property and Location

We did a company trip and this property was absolutely the best we could have gotten. Everything we needed was there. We had the best time. We played lots of games and the large table. We had 14 people there and the kitchen was large enough to accommodate all of us cooking and cleaning. We will absolutely rent this property again. There was enough separate homes for everyone to be extremely comfortable. Thank You

Amazing property!

The pictures didn’t do this place justice. It was spacious and so beautiful! The gated property felt very secure, we were able to leave doors and cars unlocked and the kids could explore the property without worrying about their safety. Each casita felt separate enough for privacy but were close enough our group felt inclusive. The property management was great and kept up with all of our needs restocking water, ice, and paper products daily. The beach was beautiful, but rocky, as the name implies. Water shoes worked very well. We had a great time!

The stay was one of the best. The property was exactly what we wanted right on the beach any close to town. The owners or nothing but helpful and getting it catered from Liz’s catering was the best decision we had.

One of the BEST vacations ever!

It’s been almost 5 years since my whole family was able to get together for a vacation. We chose this property because it was big enough to hold my whole family comfortably. Contacting the host was so incredibly easy and helpful beforehand. Upon arrival, every single one of us was in awe about how beautiful the home/homes were. The pictures didn’t nearly do it justice. The hosts were nearby the whole time if we ever needed anything and were so extremely pleasant. Needless to say, we’ll be coming back soon because none of us wanted to leave! If you’re deciding between this property or another, this one is the right choice I promise.

Amazing home

The home was amazing! There was so much room for our family and some extended family. The home had amenities for every age group. Kayaks, volleyball, beach toys and a beautiful, not to mention, very relaxing patio to just enjoy the ocean breeze. Priscilla, the property manager, was great! She checked in on us to make sure we had everything. We loved that they came by each day to pick up the trash so it would not build up. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Amazing facility for Family Reunions

We were taken care of from the moment we arrived to when we left. The owners were there to meet us when we arrived and Pricilla and her staff were fantastic the entire week. The houses were beautiful and just as described and the beach front location was amazing! The kitchens were very well stocked having everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving Dinner. We rented 6 of the villas and it worked perfectly for our entire group aged 8 months to 75. We felt completely safe during our stay and enjoyed going into town for food, shrimp and shopping. It’s difficult for us to find a location that appeals to everyone in our large family, but this one was as close to perfect as we have had. We will definitely be back!!

The most excellent and relaxing stay

We had a great time staying at Paloma Del Mar. Larry and his team are excellent. The house was sparkling clean, perfectly decorated, and beautiful. Attention to detail lurks at every turn. His staff was courteous, kind, helpful and diligent. We would most definitely recommend staying here to anyone and plan to return.

60th Birthday Celebration

It was fabulous. We used all of the property and everyone loved their own privacy and accommodations in each house/casita. The property manager Priscila was absolutely fabulous. Larry was great with communication and accommodations. The property was clean and cool when we arrived. Each house had everything you would need. We loved it and would do it all over again at this property!

Perfect Vacation

We had a family reunion which included 27 family members. Larry helped us determine the number of houses we would need and the accommodations were perfect and then some. The houses had everything we needed. The staff were always available for anything we needed. Alan even helped my husband with a flat tire!! Priscilla checked on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Karina set up a delicious catered dinner for the night we arrived. Overall it was the best extended family vacation we have ever had and the accommodations made that possible. If I could put 10 stars in I would!!

Such a Great Vacation

Despite Rosa (the hurricane) we had a fantastic time.

Although two and a half out of the four days were either cloudy or raining we had a great stay. Larry is an attentive host and the homes were super clean and in great shape. Definitely bring water shoes, rocks can be merciless. Looking forward towards our next visit. Thanks Larry!

Amazing property on the beach

This property is absolutely stunning! We rented the entire estate for a beach wedding & it was perfect in every way! The location is perfect, each building (there are 5) has all the amenities that you need & if you still need something, their awesome staff, lead by Priscilla will help you get what you need in a hurry! I have stayed at many locations in Rocky Point & by far this place is the very best! Even if you only need 1 of the buildings, you can’t go wrong, as the location & proximity to the beach & town are great in this beautiful part of Las Conchas. The owner is also very friendly, accommodating & best of all easy to reach. Our daughters wedding was perfect & we couldn’t have asked for more❤️❤️❤️

Very pleased.

We loved this house and had a great time staying here. It exceeded our expectations. You step off the back porch onto the beach, which was great. Huge porches allowed us to hang out a lot in and out of the shade. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed and then some. The ONLY drawback, which for some isn't a big deal, is the rocky beach, but there are spots that don't have the rocks directly in front of the house. We went into town and bought "water" shoes for everyone, just a few bucks each, and that made a huge difference. I would recommend bringing those if you're staying at this house and planning on playing in the water. Owner made everything easy and enjoyable.

Amazing Compound in the perfect location, perfect for multiple families

We have traveled to Rocky Point for many years with multiple families. As our group has grown, we needed more space. This was our first time staying at this property, but won't be our last. Every room was extra large, providing plenty of space. The main kitchen has plenty of countertops to work on preparing for all the members of the group. All the bathrooms were in great condition, and the living room provided enough seating for everyone. The main highlight of this home is the outdoor space and how close you are to the water. In many of the front row houses we have stayed in, some of them still require quite the hike to set up near the water. Here, it is within feet. This comes in handy as to not having to take multiple trips to carry all your beach needs. Some of the bonuses to staying in this property was the amazing staff. The house was clean upon arrival, and they stopped by everyday to see if we needed anything. Having the trash removed daily was great. Normally I list pro's and con's for houses. However, there are really no cons to this house for our experience. I will say the weather was great so we did not need heating or cooling, so those were not used. If I had to find a con, I guess the internet was running a little slow. But all that did was make me not work and enjoy the beach. I highly recommend this property for large groups using the main house as well as secondaries.
