Makin MEMORIES: House w/Dock/HotTub/Fiber/Tankless/EV Charger/next to boat ramp

Relax and enjoy the lake, swim off the boat dock, and even keep your personal boat tied off in the slip. Sink into the bubbling warmth of our hot tub while enjoying the view. The house is next to Smith Lake Park, so a boat ramp is easily accessible. You will have everything to enjoy a peaceful time on the lake from fully appointed kitchen to high speed fiber internet. Enjoy fishing from the floating dock, sit by the fire pit, or relax and watch the sunset. Tankless water heater for big groups!


THE SPACE:
With room to comfortably sleep 12 guests, our large and welcoming home is the perfect place to host your family, friends, or group retreat. Each cozy bedroom is designed for relaxation, and the open living areas create an atmosphere of togetherness. You can expect all the creature comforts you desire, and then some.
There is a bedroom and full bath down stairs as well as the kitchen and main living room.
Upstairs there are an additional 3 bedrooms, an extra living room, and two more bathrooms. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a balcony with a glider that overlooks the water. The living room downstairs has windows across the back of the house that over look the water. There is an attached deck off the main level that over looks the water and has an easy to access pellet / propane grill.
Outside, the lower level is a fenced patio with string and step lighting and a 6 person hot tub underneath the upper deck.
The front and back yard are fenced and can give peace of mind for kids and pets.
At night, gather around the fire pit under the starry sky for s'mores, stories, and unforgettable moments.


GUEST ACCESS:
There is plenty of parking for several cars in the main driveway including a car port. There is also a 2 car attached garage (no garage door opener / manual doors).
There is a fenced in yard with access to the road that would allow for a boat trailer to be kept during your visit.
We also added 3 kayaks that guests can rent for the duration of their stay for $100 flat fee for all 3 (Just request after booking if interested).


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The house is so close to the water. There is a slanted sidewalk and 10 stair steps to the boat dock from the house.
There are a lot of houses on Smith lake without close ramp access and without cable internet. This property has both. We are just across the lake from a marina that sells gas. This makes keeping the boat filled with gas easy and convenient.
We also provide two sets of high capacity front load washers and dryers. This will without a doubt meet any big groups laundry needs!
There is also an extra large refrigerator in the garage to allow for food storage for large groups.
The boatlift is also available for guests if it fits your boat (configured for a pontoon). Otherwise, just lower it out of the way and tie off.
GFCI Power plugs are available on the front of the house by the driveway and on the dock to allow for easy charging of boat batteries no matter where your boat is.

In the summer, you will have 1/2 mile of water view solid to the other shore. In the winter, when the water levels have dropped >10ft, there is still year round water but there is a sand bar island that appears in the middle and the water wraps around it.

Also just switched Internet to fiber internet.

We added a pellet / propane grill. We provide the propane. Bring your own pellets.

We have installed a Level 2 EV Charger. It is a J1772 connector (non Tesla) and charges at 48A.
If you have an adapter, you can charge a Tesla.

This is our 2nd vacation rental. We are premier hosts and have 3 lake properties (Two on Smith Lake and one on Guntersville Lake). The other property IDs are 3094465 and 1600060.
