The moment we first walked into this condo, we were hooked. We’ll admit — we’ve always been self-proclaimed “beach snobs” who swore we’d only stay directly on the beach. But this unit completely changed our minds. From the 12th floor, you not only get breathtaking views of the Gulf, but also a stunning panorama of West Bay and all the energy of Front Beach Road below.
Inside, the condo has the perfect balance — spacious enough to spread out, yet cozy and inviting. The beachy colors, natural light, and panoramic windows give it an airy, relaxed feel that instantly puts you in vacation mode.
We also love that Origin at Seahaven is more than just a condo building — it’s a resort-style property with interior hallways and secure entryways that provide extra peace of mind for our guests.
And the 4th-floor pool deck? That’s one of our favorite spots. Whether you’re swimming, sunbathing, or soaking in the hot tub, you can enjoy sweeping Gulf views that make you feel like you’re on top of the world.
The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to Pier Park, Runaway Island, and world-famous Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant. Everything you want in a beach getaway is right here at your doorstep.
