Everything was great from the communication from the host to the property itself!

The property was very accommodating for our girls trip. From the location to the spacious layout and the big comfy couch was a plus!!

My family is large, and all eight of us sat on the amazing, comfortable couch to enjoy a movie night.We will definitely stay again.I highly recommend this property if you enjoy the best — it has everything you need!

Great Choice!

This place is great. We used as a place to stay for my son and his groomsmen for my sons wedding. Was perfect for our needs. Very nice and new and very comfortable.

Good stay

This listing is just as described. The hosts were very responsive to all questions and were accessible. We had no hiccups with the property. Book with confidence. A quirk about the property is the driveway. This is mainly an FYI. It is very steep with high angle at the road. My truck did not like it and would engage the automatic crash stop. I would have to put it in neutral to roll out. If you have a car with low clearance, it will scrape. [We had several different cars there and two had issues.]. Not a star deduction, just something people may need to know.

BEST STAY EVER @ LUXURIOUS ROYAL VILLAGE HOME❀

My family & friends, came to Tyler for a wedding at Sunset Oaks Venue! This home was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. As a realtor, I can appreciate a beautiful home & love seeing how people design and decorate!! This home was stunning down to the little details & decor! Very spacious & had the most comfortable sleeping arrangements! Had a great seating area for all of our family and friends in the living room/kitchen! We LOVED the huge couch in the living room, so comfortable!! Pillows were fluffy on the bed & you have cool colored fuzzy blankets in addition to sheets and comforter, so if you’re cold natured like me, you’re covered! Good back yard with seating as well! Logan and Carmen were the BEST hosts, very communicative. We didn’t have any issues while we stayed in the home, but I knew from previous conversations that they were super responsive and just a message/call away to assist if we were to need anything! If we ever come back to Tyler, this will be the place we will stay!! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an amazing stay that was worth every cent and in a fantastic/easy to get to location!
