It's an easy walk or bike ride (0.25 mile) to the Back 40 Trails or Razorback Greenway, and 10 minutes from Crystal Bridges and Downtown Bentonville. It feels like a peaceful escape from the world while still being close to everything. The perfect spot to skip down the hill to hike along the bluffs, take a dip in the spring-fed creek, and walk back home for a meal around the fire! There’s a separate apartment downstairs (not pictured) that is leased. Entrances and backyards are separate, but you may see tenants outside from time to time.
