The unit was well stocked, clean and in an excellent location. There was parking in the garage or on the street which was very useful. There host answered our questions in a timely manner and checked in on us during the stay. I would come back if I visited Savannah again.

Beautilful property and great/easy hosts. Check out the Urban Deli around the corner while you are there (2 min walk) - best breakfast/sandwiches/salads in existence. 10/10 would recommend this property and the area around it.

The host was wonderful and had everything we needed! The location was in the beautiful historic area of the city and made it easy to walk to all of our favorite spots!The style was really nice and we loved the courtyard off the bedroom!!

Amazing property. Walkable to everywhere in downtown savannah. Garage was big enough to fit a Tahoe! (barely.) Check in was a struggle. Glitches in the system, only way to see the updates was on Expedia.com, not vrbo, or any email links etc. Called the property manager that handles check in and they were moderately helpful, eventually got us the info we needed by text.

Sweet garden apartment with a lot of character.The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We loved the location, nestled in beautiful residential area of historic Savannah, walkable to restaurants shops and historic sites. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended.

The Garden apartment was perfect for our needs. it is a small apartment, but perfect size for my wife, myself and our pup. The location was great as we walked everywhere in Savannah. We also took a short drive to Tybee Island. Would recommend this great little apartment to other couples (especially if you have a fur baby). It would not be very good for more than 2 people in our opinion given it's size. It has all the necessary conveniences and the location is the best! Very clean, easy access and great communication with Chase. Street parking was easy for us but could be an issue on Tuesday nights as there is no parking on Charlton street due to the street cleaner operating that night. The apartment has a garage but we did not get to use it. That said, a great little place to stay in historic Savannah.

Fantastic stay in the heart of historic Savannah. My husband and I brought our dog with us and the location made it so easy to walk and see the sights. Our host made check-in/check-out a breeze and were so responsive for the duration of our stay. True southern hospitality - we had a great vacation and would highly recommend!

EXCELLENT. This is my second review. I wrote a 5 star review immediately, and still getting requests from vrbo so felt compelled to write again. The location, the choice to park on the street (each time right at the front door), the comfort and size of space were all perfect. The kitchen and fabulous dinnerware perfect.
