This warm and inviting 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium on Phoenix X’s 3rd floor sleeps eight along the beautiful white sand of Alabama’s Gulf coast.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Disappointed

Condo was not rent ready!!! Of all my years of renting condos and owning this I will never be back. Roaches, shower rods coming off the walls. toilets backing up just to name a few.

Been on property multiple times

We’ve stayed in this building multiple times but this was the first time I’ve ever been charged for an additional parking pass. If a condo sleeps enough people to drive multiple cars, then that many passes - at least for couples - should be included. I realize this was the property location and not the owner. This unit was overall clean but a bit dated which made it look a little dingy. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Need better cleaning service

We like staying at Phoenix X, but this unit was not clean. We had to wear shoes to keep our feet from getting black when in the unit. I also had to clean around the kitchen faucet because it had black slime and mildew caked on the edges. Pretty disgusting. I NEVER write negative reviews, but for the cleaning fee charged, it was a huge let down. We at least like to stay somewhere clean for the price we had to pay. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Disappointed

Had to wait at the counter for what seemed like an excessive time for someone to check us in. Upon entry into the unit it has a strong smell of must or mildew. Had much higher expectations from previous reviews. It’s Out dated. It has Tiny tub/shower unit—me and my husband had to bend backwards to get under the shower head. The Washing machine lid locked my clothes in and the phone number I called wasn’t very helpful in that we were leaving early the next morning and HAD to get clothes out and were told they would “leave a message for maintenance”. Would not stay in this unit again.
