This first-floor (second floor, US standard) apartment is in a well-maintained residence with elevator access. Paid public parking is available nearby: one block west, two blocks east, and two blocks north. Nice Airport is a 25-minute drive or a 10-minute walk to the Jardin Alsace tram stop for direct access. For your added convenience, luggage storage is just a block away. You'll find essential amenities within a 5-minute walk, including pharmacies, laundromats, green spaces, bakeries, and supermarkets.

We provide an initial starter pack of basic toiletries and cleaning supplies such as shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels to get your stay off to a great start! Please note that this is intended to cover your arrival. You may need to purchase additional supplies for the remainder of your trip.
We provide a washer and dryer but we do not supply laundry detergent. There is a convenient grocery store located just 200 m away from the property if you need additional products.
