Great stay at this wonderful flat. The balcony was perfect for a beach/water view and everything happening near the water. So convenient to the local shops and restaurants. Laundry was convenient and the shower was great!! Will stay here again!

Absolutely amazing view and location! The balcony pictures don't do it justice. Perfect location for restaurants, shopping and the beach. We spent many mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed, and all was well-kept and very clean. We definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment was fabulous and every bit as advertised. The location and view cannot be beat. The setup of the rooms was perfect for our family of 5. Anne provided us all the information we needed to fully make the most of our first stay in Nice. The proximity to the beaches, local bakeries, and nearby array of restaurants was perfect. Highly recommend and would very happily stay here again!

The apartment is a wonderful home for a Riviera vacation. It’s easily accessible, right where you want to be on the promenade. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean, with everything we needed. Our host was very kind and quick in replying to our questions. We would love to come back!

Loved the location!!

Great rental within walkable distance from Old Nice and steps from the beach! Loved sitting in the terrace with coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Two lifts in the building and was very clean and spacious. Only tiny suggestion is new pillows in the master but otherwise we loved everything!

My family and I had a great time here! Centrally located and right in front of the beach! It had everything we needed (AC, reliable WiFi, washer machine, etc.). Segolene was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here and would easily come back!

Lovely flat

We loved the location with everything in walking distance. The view from the balcony was superb. The A/C worked well and the flat had all we needed for a fantastic holiday.
