Canal Park/Downtown Duluth Luxury Condo. 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath

The Aurora House is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury condo located downtown just steps away from Canal Park, Duluth's infamous Lakewalk, multiple restaurants, the Greysolon Ballroom (wedding venue), Blacklist Brewery, downtown shopping, a casino, a public beach access, and more. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of a completely remodeled, historic, Duluth building. (Remodeling completed August of 2021). The building's lower level currently hosts the European-style bakery, Duluth's Best Bread. The building smells amazing!

Wedding Groups:
Our Greysolon Wedding guests love that our condo is only a one block walk to the venue! We provide moveable full-length mirrors in each bedroom, hair dryers in bathrooms, lots of make-up towels, wine glasses...

My kids said they wanted to live here forever! Being from Duluth originally, it was such a great vibe with the old Duluth landmark photos and exposed brick walls. It was spacious enough for our whole family to spread out and we did our Thanksgiving dinner in the open kitchen. Location was great for getting to Bentleyville, right onto the lakewalk to burn off energy and walk to the depot for the Christmas City Express. We would stay again and again!

It was a girls trip. The condo was awesome. Well designed, very spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed. Parking was free for 2 vehicles in the lot. It was a bit difficukt to unload and kiad up the luggage on the busy Superior Street. Overall it was perfect for us and I would stay again. The contact, Alicia was very respinsive as well.

The property was awesome! Very spacious, great decor and plenty of amenities! Seriously, They thought of everything. Even the pastry bakery right below on the first floor. I would highly recommend this rental.

Alicia was very prompt in dealing with the elevator issue at check in. So nice to have space to accommodate all of our family between the two units. Preparing and serving our meals worked extremely well in the nicely equipped kitchen/ dining area.

A Duluth Delight

Amazing location!! 1/2 a block from access to Lake Superior boardwalk, less than a mile walk to Lift Bridge, and more. This location is wheelchair accessible. Two of us are in electric wheelchairs and there is plenty of room to get around. Very nice large elevator. Our group stayed for 5 nights and ate several meals there. The kitchen if fully stocked with crock pot, griddle, and so many utensils. We would definitely stay there again.

What a beautiful and VERY well appointed apartment. The character of the older building as a backdrop for the lovely decor was great. The amount of space was wonderful as well(the whole floor with our own elevator onto the floor). The hosts have thought of everything and communication was top notch. Of course having our own elevator directly into the apartment and having the elevator take us right to tasty baked goods every morning on the first floor was priceless.

Amazing condo

We enjoyed staying in this downtown condo. It was spacious and clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was a beautiful space for my family to enjoy. I highly recommend the Aurora House and look forward to staying there in the future.

We loved how close we were to the lake and we took many walks to Canal Park and along the boardwalk. Never had to move our car!

We can’t wait to come back!

I really can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The condo is absolutely perfect! The bedrooms are spacious, and comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind, and the condo is very well stocked with anything you could need. The bakery below is so good, and the location to other spots to eat was great. We will absolutely be back!

Family fun in Duluth

Aurora House is a beautiful home away from home. The hosts have provided everything you could possibly need, and they are very accommodating to any requests you may have. Our entire family stayed here and there was plenty of room for everyone. We very much enjoyed our stay in Duluth and staying at Aurora House definitely contributed to making fun family memories. I highly recommend staying here!

Spacious, beautifully appointed, comfortable condo

We met our children and grandchildren in Duluth on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The rest of our family came to Duluth on Thursday for dinner at the Radisson. We explored the arts and theater area. We especially loved the Duluth Best Bread Company on the first floor. Wonderful baked goods!

Sibling trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Aurora House condo. There was plenty of room for our group of six seniors. The beds were very comfortable with luxury bedding. Kitchen and bathrooms were furnished with high end decor. We really enjoyed walking along the lake to Canal Park. The added bonus is the bakery on first floor! Communication with Alicia was very quick and efficient. Thank you for creating a pleasant experience for us.

Last minute getaway

We had plans to go to the north shore for the weekend. When my sister called and asked if she could spend some time with us for the weekend we had to change our original thought of getting a hotel room and expand to at least 3 rooms. This place had the room to handle 5 adults and 3 children. Beautifully decorated and located just down from canal park. Room to relax at night with a special room perfect for 3 kids to unwind.

Fantastic

Duluth Condo by Lake Superior

Great location. Large Condo with great spaces for conversation and areas to play board games. Wonderful and well stocked kitchen. Loved the brick interior walls and the interior design was well done. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage. We liked everything about this place!

Perfect location for Grandmas

Could not have asked for a better location for marathon weekend. Above a bakery?! Yes, no complaints with that at all. We had to rent a car to get to Duluth, but only used it once more to go to Wisconsin for some Spotted Cow beer. Everything we needed/wanted was in walking distance. My only wish is that the prices didn't get bumped up soo much for marathon weekend. But that's just how it goes.

(You can bet I won't ever leave a mess for housekeeping where I travel!) Our Aurora House Condo is special because it belongs to our family! The rest of the year I am a wife, mom, handy-woman, and private math tutor. My hobbies include juggling, waterskiing, and DIY home-improvement projects.
