Updates include kit. cabinets, new granite thruout, new bathroom vanities & sinks, a new shower/ tub, new paint / wallpaper thruout, new lighting/ ceiling fans, new shiplap, new anti microbial door knobs, new decor & highend finishes thruout! Our stay at your condo was Amazing! Absolutely Beautifully decorated, and just steps from the beach. The water was so clear and beautiful, and the room came with a set up of an umbrella and two chairs every day. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and very close to dining and Destin. Thank you for a Wonderful week! We cant wait to come back!

Gorgeous condo. Property manager, although very nice, did not respond in timely manner and was not familiar with condo to problem solve.

The condo was nice but the beds were very uncomfortable. Also, the listing said the 3rd bedroom had 2 queen beds but they were full size. That would’ve been good for small children but not adults. I would not book again for that reason.

This was our best beach vacation EVER! IBR was perfect! The property manager is great! This property did not disappoint! Easy beach access, gorgeous views, the air conditioning was perfect, it keeps the unit very cool! Every bedroom has its own bath which worked out great! I highly recommend this unit. We will definitely be staying here next summer!

Our family (5 adults & 3 children) had a great time at this condo! The condo was clean & well stocked for our stay. Communication was very easy as well! The beach front view was amazing & there is convenient access to the beach. We also spent a good bit of time at the pool which we really enjoyed! We would stay here again!

Beautiful January getaway

We enjoyed our stay which included a historic snowfall! The time with family and friends framed in the location will be rembered for years to come. Communication with host was excellent, accommodations were comfortable, and met our needs. We would love to come back!

Beautiful location right on the beach

You can’t beat this location! It is directly on the beach. We loved walking on the beach each day and even though it was November our grandson loved swimming in the ocean and the pool. The condo was clean with plenty of room for our family.

Excellent!!

This was our first trip to the area and we didn’t know what to expect. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. The location was good - not in a busy/noisy area but convenient to things we wanted to do.

Girls trip

The property was amazing. The finishes in the condo were great. There was plenty of room and it had everything that we needed from the minute we walked in. We started talking about the next trip that we were going to take to that condo. We had never been to Fort Walton Beach and it was beautiful will definitely be back!!

Family vacation

The condo was great! Kitchen stocked very well with dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils and silverware. Plenty of room for the six adults it was so great to have 3 bathrooms so each couple had their own. The balcony overlooking the ocean was spectacular! Keri ,the manager, was super great to work with!

Fantastic condo with fantastic amenities!!!

We traveled to Fort Walton for a family wedding plus family vacation!!! This condo was excellent!! It was tastefully decorated, as well as well equipped (kitchen pots and pans, etc). The beach service was superb
they had our area ready for our family (over 30 of us) each morning. The property wasn’t overly crowded. The communication with the property manager was great!! The location was ideal for our group
within quick driving distance of grocery stores, great restaurants!! The beds were comfy!! We already booked it again for next year!!

Well stocked unit!

Three couples celebrating our 35th Anniversaries - lovely condo. We have never stayed at a place that was so well stocked! Spices galore, cleaning products, paper products, the list goes on. The unit was tidy and well kept. Highly recommend.

Winter break

We stayed for eight weeks. Had children and grandchildren visiting for one week. Condo is well stocked. Only complaint is that when we arrived on the evening of our check in date, the refrigerator was not turned on and there was mold throughout. The smell was bad and we spent close to an hour cleaning every nook and crevice of the appliance as we had perishable items and could not wait for others to clean.

Absolutely spotless. The view was fantastic and the owners were very helpful. This was probably our most favorite condo we have stayed in. Very comfy and cozy! Very well equipped. Only thing I wish they had was a crock pot. Everything else was furnished. Great stay!
