THE LOCATION:


The Cypress offers a highly desirable central location in Naples, located on the quietest and most convenient street in the surrounding area. Bike to Venetian Bay, catch the sunset on the beach, or take a quick drive to Naples Pier, 5th Ave, or even the North Naples attractions. Local culinary favorites like Blueberry's, Mr. Tequila, and Hogfish Harry's are just a short distance away.

The Cypress is a favorite among those traveling to enjoy the many outdoor activities Naples has to offer, including shopping, golf, beach, and tennis.


THE INSIDE SPACE:

Moving inside, the modern coastal-style dining room is the perfect place to enjoy a meal cooked using our fully stocked kitchen. The home is near several grocers, including Publix, Fresh Market, and Whole Foods.

The living room features two comfy sofas and a new 65" 4k smart TV. Off the main living areas, you will find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Cypress will accommodate five guests but is ideal for a party of four. If you need an extra sleeping spot, there is a new memory foam rollaway bed with luxurious linens, perfect for an adult or child, in the second bedroom closet.

THE BEDS:


Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed and an on-suite bath with a new luxury Prana King mattress added in March of 2022. The mattress is fully adjustable at the head and feet. The on-suite bath has a tub/shower combo and single vanity.
Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed and a shared bath. The shared bath is smaller but has a shower with a rain showerhead and all the necessities!
Extra Bed: There is also a rollaway bed with a memory foam mattress, 800 thread count sheets, and a luxury duvet.

THE OUTSIDE SPACE:

Step outside and immerse yourself in The Cypress's enchanting outdoor living areas. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio, surrounded by a private oasis of Florida landscaping. As the sun begins to set, venture into the backyard and discover a space designed for unforgettable experiences by gathering around the fire with your loved ones, sharing stories, laughter, and creating cherished memories. You will also find a grill on the back patio, complemented by a cozy outdoor dining space.

With two beautiful outdoor areas to choose from, you'll find endless opportunities to unwind and connect. Whether you're engaging in yard games on the lush lawn or allowing your furry friend to frolic freely in the fully fenced space, every moment spent outdoors is an experience to treasure.

And when it's time to hit the beach, we've got you covered! While inventory may fluctuate throughout the season, we should have two beach bikes, bike locks, beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels for your enjoyment.

LONG STAY CLEANINGS:

For guests staying more than two weeks, we require our cleaning crew to do an interim home cleaning approximately every two weeks. You can schedule a time/day directly with our cleaning team for your convenience, and you will also be responsible for paying the team directly for the mid-stay cleaning. Cleaning crew contact information will be provided upon your arrival.

PET FEE: $150

*One dog is welcome with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
*A second pet requires pre-approval and an additional fee. Please message me before booking if you want to vacation with more than one pup.

Note: VRBO collects the pet fee, so please add a pet to your party count if you plan to bring your furry family member to the beach!
