Classic 1900 Colonial house with expansive nightly sunsets. Newly remodeled interior, 60 feet of fenced frontage! Relax after a long day of golfing at one of the local courses with reasonable fees! Enjoy what Beaver Dam has to offer with a beautiful lake, great fishing, local hiking trails and PRIVACY! My fabulous neighbors want you to enjoy yourself and will let you have the peace and privacy you deserve. Live music one block away on the weekends, wonderful pizza place that is five minutes away, Chippy’s popcorn and ice cream across the street! House is fully furnished and has foosball, Mrs.PAC MAN, air hockey, ping pong, corn hole, ladder ball game and board games in case of a rainy day!! Five minute drive to the local movie theater. You can always just relax, watch one of the multiple smart tvs and grill out on the Weber gas grill. WiFi included! Kayaks and Stand Up Paddle boards use included! Boat rental from marina can be kept at my pier! Just dock for the day and relax!!

We supply starter supplies of toiletries once it is used the guests are responsible for replenishing their supply of toiletries.

We supply starter supply of kitchen paper
towels once used it is the renters responsibility to replenish their supply of paper towels.

We supply a starter supply of dish soap and dishwasher soap, it is the renters responsibility to refill their supply if needed.

We supply a starter package of Laundry soap and once used it is the renters responsibility to replenish their supply if needed.

We supply a broom, dust pan, vacuum, and mop so that you may clean if you spill anything.

It is the guests responsibility to clean up after themselves, the home is clean when you check in and we appreciate if you leave it that way when you check out. Cleaning fee is strictly due to laundry and disinfecting and is paid to cleaner.

The house is beautifully remodeled. Up-to-date kitchen, modern appliances, which was important to us as we like to cook and share family meals. Comfortable bedrooms, lots of space for storage. Nice patio area with great view of lake, especially at sunset. Our family enjoyed our stay.

The host was amazing! Communicated regularly with us and gave us restaurant recommendations along with other things to do. The house was updated and well maintained and stocked with everything needed for a week long get-a-way with the family. The owner is working on updating the yard but that didn't deter us from enjoying the sunset views over the lake and taking a boat out daily from her dock. We would absolutely stay again!

Beaver Dam Stay

The house has been beautifully updated and provided for a perfect home base for our family during a wedding week in the area. Mary was exceptionally responsive when we had questions. Watching the water skiers practice and perform was an unexpected treat for us too.

Thanksgiving in Beaver Dam

Great location. Right on the lake and close to downtown. All the beds were really comfortable and the bed linens were wonderful. Giant flat screen TV in the living room and TV's in all the bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking meals. Our host was wonderful!

Beautiful house on the lake

We had a family get together with all ages. There were a total of 11 of us. Nice updated appliances. Very nice furniture. Mary has been putting a lot of work on the house. She was very responsive. It was just a great time for all of us. Paddle boards, kayak, paddle boat and a nice dock. Beautiful view of the sunset we just had a wonderful time. Foosball and air hockey in the basement.

Beaver Dam

Our family enjoyed our time in Beaver Dam.! The lake views were beautiful. We very much enjoyed the water with fishing, kayaking and paddle boating, that is where we spend the majority of your time. Mary was very responsive and easy to work with! One thing we missed was a binder or book explaining house rules, checkin/out process and things to do etc.

Old house with lots of character with a breathtaking view right on the lake and a beautiful yard

Mary is an amazing host , check in was simple even though we got there early , the house is a 1920s house but is beautiful with a lot of character- we only had one little problem and Mary was on top of it and had it fixed very quickly and went above and beyond ! She is a great communicator and the love is evident in all the little extras on the property - the beds were comfortable - great spaces to relax or entertain - we had a wonderful time, we were in Wisconsin for or sons wedding and had much going on but we looked forward to getting back to the house to relax- Thanks Mary for a wonderful week, thank you for sharing your home with us- we loved being there!!

Beautiful, spacious home

My family and I spent a week at this rental and enjoyed every minute of it! There were 10 of us (5 adults, 5 kids) and we had plenty of space for all of us. The night views of the sunset were amazing! We were also able to enjoy the firework show that Beaver Dam set off right from the pier! We also enjoyed watching the ski show almost every day. We spent every day fishing, with success everyday. We had a few minor things come up during the week but Mary was always very responsive, no matter the time, and took care of the issues fast. We will definitely keep this rental at the top of our list for future vacations!

Amazing stay

Our family had an amazing time. The house was way better than the photos. We have a love for older homes and this one did mot disappoint. Mary is one of the best hosts we have ever had and we travel a lot. Everything you need is there. The property is beautiful the amenities are bountiful. The sunsets were gorgeous, the ski shows were great. We had absolutely no complaints. The only small thing for us was it is just a little difficult getting in and out of the water, but that didn't stop our kids who were on the paddle boards most of the time. We would definitely return. Thank you Mary for making sure our summer vacation this year was amazing!!

On the lake!

Overall a good stay with many beds and rooms. The lake access is very nice and kayaks were a great bonus. The house has fresh paint and many newly remodeled rooms. The owner was responsive to us when a need arose. A couple things to consider that were unexpected; The house is on a busy street with lots of car noise at all hours but didn't bother us too much. There was not a garbage can we could find so we stacked the trash bags in the garage. Life jackets should be provided for the kayaks, but we purchased a child size one and left it there for the next visitors. The lawn was mowed but I had to do a lot of sweeping at the front porch and garage access areas, minor cleanup could be used. Overall a good visit with great lake access.
