There were a handful of issues upon check-in and the host was incredibly responsive and easy to work with/connect with. Most of them were resolved which was appreciated! The location is fantastic and having dedicated parking on-site is a plus. The unit itself is somewhat beat up - scuffed walls, uncomfortable couch, lack of closet space, and the neighbor who lives above is incredibly incredibly loud earlier in the morning between 530-7 pm and then throughout the evening/into bedtime window. Overall, a decent stay!

Great Location

I was looking for a staycation in the Plaza Midwood area, and this location worked perfectly. the parking was easy, and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood. 5-stars!

Good stay!

I booked this place for a night for my mom who was visiting from another state and she was happy with it! She said the bed was comfortable and while the coffee there was a bit stale, she was conveniently located right near plenty of restaurants and coffee spots. Thank you!

Exactly what we needed

Just what we needed for this trip to Charlotte. Timely and clear communications from our hosts; best check-in ever (accurate online pictures walk you through getting into the building and the apartment); one of the most comfortable beds ever; very clean unit; easy parking; great location. Our only suggestion would be to add a couple more towel bars in the bathroom. Thanks for a great stay!

Long weekend

The apartment is bright, clean and comfortable for 2 people. It is also in a good location, close to local eateries and downtown. The only downside is that there is minimal space to hang clothes, and except for coffee, the kitchen is not stocked with any basics. On the up side the building has a pretty good gym for folks who like to work out.

Plaza Perfect Midwood

Easy-in, easy-out. Many fabulous independent retaurants nearby within walking distance, and plenty historic homes to gawk at while getting in your walking steps. The proprty itself is modern, open concept and comfy at the same time. We visit Charlotte often, so this will definitely be our sought after accommodations!

Amazing location w/ easy check in!

Property owners were communicative and friendly. The check in instructions were super clear and absolutely painless; I loved how simple everything was. The location is right in the heart of Plaza Midwood and scrupulously clean. Will be back for future visits!

Lovely Condo - will be back!

My husband and I stayed here because we wanted to visit a nearby brewery as we passed through to Asheville. Lucky for us, it was NEXT DOOR. We had a great time and a lovely sleep. This is a darling Condo, very clean, very bright and airy. We can't wait to visit again.
