The host is so helpful and pleasant to work with. The condo is in a great location, convenient to everything, including a store in walking distance. For those who need to know- great water pressure, and plenty of hot water! Cute decor and the kitchen has everything you need for a vacay stay. Loved it!

It is up on a mountain above Gatlinburg. It is so peaceful and the Chipmunks that like to play around the waterfall are absolutely adorable. The stream and waterfall runs directly below the balcony giving a very nice ambience. Room was very clean and the host was extremely nice and helpful

The location was good. Convenience store, food all in walking distance from the room. This worked out great due to the fact that we where a late check-in. A shuttle was advertised but there wasn't one there or any information for it. All in all, a great mini vaca.

Just outside of Gatlinburg in the trees and overlooking a running creek. Quick 1 mile drive into town for all the fun stuff! The property host was extremely helpful on communication!

Sweet Serenity

My 16 year old son and I had a wonderful stay. Had everything you could ask for. Peace and quiet but yet minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and parks to hike. The cabin is cozy and very charming.

Very disappointing

The bed is literally propped up on boxes of some sort, it was like sleeping on a rock, was very hard bed & pillows are terrible. The AC unit is in closet which is right beside the bed practically & it was so loud, every time it kicked on it was very startling. Also when arriving, the bed sheets looked like they had been slept in, just kept telling ourselves that hopefully the cleaning crew didn’t know how to make a bed. The bathroom had numerous long dark hairs laying on floor so that wasn’t good. The tv in living room wouldn’t work because it wasn’t setup on the Roku, my husband messaged her to ask for help & all we basically got back was there is notes explaining how to turn tv on, but what she wasn’t getting is it wasn’t setup. She had messaged me numerous times before arriving telling me that if there was any issues to please let her know & it shouldn’t matter what time it is, she should have helped more with that. As far as “hot tub” that was in living room, One person is good to get in but that’s it. All it was, was a triangular shape small bathtub with some jets. So we wasn’t able to use that. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway & it wasn’t. I left this place way more tired & exhausted than I was before even getting there. We were expecting a small cabin but what it actually is, is a run down old apartment building, at least that’s what it looked like. There is no waterfall outside of the back patio either, that’s actually in the front by the pool. Terrible.

Debra, the host is super nice and very responsive! The kitchen was well stocked with the items needed to stay in a cook. Being right over the water was very serene. I wish we could have opened the bedroom window to hear the stream while we slept. The sliding door to the balcony is also a little wonky and comes off the track when you open it. All in all though, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway

Location was right near Gatlinburg but outside of the crowded area. Condo was perfect for a couples getaway.
