3 BR + Loft, 3 BA Condo – Ski-In, Walk/Shuttle To Gondola – Sleeps 10!

Now here’s a great Breck Location: It’s just 1.5 blocks from Main Street and a two-minute walk to the free shuttle stop, so you can shuttle to the gondola for great resort access. You can also ski in within a block of the condo on Four O’Clock Run or the Skyway Skiway. Twin Elk Lodge Lodgepole Condo is a great choice for you, your family and friends!

This 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom condo is the perfect mountain retreat for families or groups of up to 10 people. The living area has high ceilings and lots of light for an open, airy feel; there’s plenty of seating for the whole gang, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. You’ll also love stepping out onto the patio to take in the crisp mountain air! The fully equipped kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to feed the troops after a long day on the slopes. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for two more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, shared hot tub access, parking for two vehicles, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are stocked with fresh linens and towels as well as basic toiletries. All our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and our friendly staff is available 24/7 so you can rest assured your vacation is as worry-free as possible.

Smooth booking and easy communication. Only two things that would have been nice to know pertained to the garage and parking. The garage and driveway/parking area is not very big, so when driving a full sized SUV it is very tricky. It’s a tight squeeze just making the turns to park. Also, there is not access from the garage directly into the unit. You have to walk back out and around to get to the steps to reach the unit.Everything else was perfectly satisfactory. Great location, nice spacious unit and for those of us who cook on vacation, a well stocked kitchen.

Great Place and Great Location

Great property and location. For up to 10 people, it runs short on silverware, glasses, wine glasses, etc. Needs to be re-stocked. Otherwise, we had an awesome time there!

Nice location

The condo was very roomy and comfortable for our family. It was a little dated but overall good. Fully stocked and could tell that there was attention to detail (fully stocked kitchen, hotel toiletries, etc). The only "issue" I would point out is that I could tell there had been a cat in the premises prior to us staying there (and it was never mentioned), and as someone who is allergic to cats, I struggled a bit with that during our stay. The condo had been cleaned prior to our arrival but not as deep cleaned as it should've been given that there had been a pet/animal/cat, there. Other than that, it was a good stay overall.

Great location to town and easy to get to slopes of peak 7 and 8 with the free bus right outside . Liked the two bedrooms downstairs and main upstairs. Little tricky with the 2nd bathroom being on main floor but not a huge deal. Great views, well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Host is super responsive as well.

The bus stop to go to the mountain was right behind the condo. At night, we usually just walked to main street for dining/shopping because it was just so close. We highly recommend this condo for your stay.

Cozy ski cabin

A group of us stayed here for a long weekend of skiing at Breckenridge. The condo was cozy and clean. Beds were comfortable. It was a very short walk to town and to the free shuttles and around a 10min walk to the closest ski lift. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

My biggest complaints are that it was a stretch to sleep 10; the loft could only sleep children and we had to use the pull out couch in the already small living space for 10 people. “Ski in ski out” is a stretch but the location is close to the gondola and parking. Bring your own toilet paper and Kleenex!!

Ski trip in December

Family of 3 + 1 friend. Loved that everyone had bedroom + full bathroom. Although son's bedroom was downstairs and his bathroom was upstairs. Basically 2 bedrooms/ 1 full bath downstairs, master and 2 full baths upstairs (along with kitchen, living room and dining room). Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Dining table for 6. Living room designed for 3 people tough. I would rather get rid of ottoman and have another chair/2 person sofa instead. Loved the decorations! Prime location - walk to Main Street/ shuttle to Peak 8 around the corner. Heated garage - that's where the skis equipment stayed overnight. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

There were some issues with the house and they came out and fixed the next morning and then the bed in the couch was not cleaned but over all it was and amazing stay and we will be returning.
