Look no further for a beautiful and spacious property for a price that is a deal.
This is a beautiful, well decorated 3 bedroom unit!

We invite you to enjoy all the luxuries of this great condo such as tile floors, granite counters, large bathrooms and closets. It is perfect for easy living with some extra space for all your personal items.

The property is DESTIN WEST BEACH AND BAY RESORT located on Okaloosa Island. The property has several hot tubs and pools and is walking distance to several restaurants and shopping.

This is a sixth floor unit that is over 1500 sq/ft. We have a king sized bed in the master and second guest bedroom with tvs in every bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal if you were so inclined.

Extra touches for our guests include: pack n play, Beach wagon, 3-4 beach chairs, high chair

This property was even better than the pictures! The view is amazing, the beach access is simple yet gorgeous and the condo itself is spacious with comfortable beds and living room. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Heron 504 was amazing. The unit had everything we needed and more. The view of the bay and sunrise was beautiful. The location was perfect, just steps from the lazy river and pools. We were able to access our boat easily from the marina. I communicated with our host several times and he quickly responded. We highly recommend this condo for anyone.

Perfect family vacation

This condo offered the best of everything. Within a short walk from the condo we fished, enjoyed the pool, built sandcastles on the beach, and watched beautiful sunrises. This condo was also conveniently located close to all the fun restaurants and activities the beach has to offer. I highly recommend.

The condo was listed as corner condo. It was not a corner condo. The floors were dirty. One bedside lamp did not work. There was no high chair as listed. The kitchen cabinets had peeling paint around the knobs. The kitchen did not have salt or pepper shakers or oven mitts or pot holders. The inside couch and loveseat were a bit worn and dingy. The patio couch cushions were flat and dingy. The patio rug and mats were very dirty. The condo could be much nicer with a thorough cleaning and newer, updated couches.

Perfect vacation property

We loved this Vrbo. The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Loved the location and all of the amenities. We enjoyed the lazy river, access to the private beach, catching crabs in the bay, and loved the proximity to food and shopping. We would definitely come back again!

Amazing gulf view!!!

Property was even better in person. Property manager and staff were very friendly. Corner balcony was spacious with amazing view of the gulf and lazy River! Very family friendly, will definitely return!
