Clean beach style condo on the beach!!!

Relax, and enjoy beautiful beach sunrise mornings and calm gorgeous beach sunsets in this fully renovated beach style unit. This condo is a perfect getaway for just about any group or family. This condo is located steps away from beach and walking distance from restaurants and major attractions. Come have fun in the sun at this beach utopia. It has 1 queen bed, 1 queen blowup mattress, 1 queen couch foldout, twin kids bed (sleeps 8). There is NO PETS OR SMOKING allowed in the unit or balcony.



Villa Del sol has been the premier beach front condominium in Corpus Christi for over 30 years. Each condo has a large balcony to sit and watch sunrises/sunsets, and there are 2 beautiful pools (1 heated fall through winter) and 1 hot tub.

When you arrive at Villa Del Sol there will be a entrance gate to your left and a front desk area to your right. Every guest member will need to check in at the front desk first. The association charges a one time flat $20 fee to stay at the property (not $20 per person). They will also issue you parking permits and gate access cards. Guests are allowed 2 vehicles and $10 per vehicle after that. The front desk will be able to direct you to the correct building of the condo for your stay and answer any addition questions you have, or of course you can feel free to ask me. We offer early check in as early as 2pm and late check out as late as 1pm for an additional $20 each



Just a reminder, I love animals very much :), but due to guest`s allergies and other reasons, there are NO PETS OR SMOKING allowed during your stay in the condo or balcony. (Fines will be charged starting at $100 per day or occurance)



The association only allows smoking in the parking lot or the common outside seating areas.

Overall the place was pretty nice there were not many cups and the top bunk is rock hard, the Murphy bed is only springs. But loved the location and price was great.

Doesn’t exactly look in person, the way it did in the photos online but still a comfortable place to stay for a day or two. No pans and when we walked in, there was a couple of cockroaches but that’s just because of the area, not poor house management. Otherwise, as long as you bring a few appliances with you (Can opener and Pan), it’s not a terrible stay.

Convenient process for quick getaway

No issues getting in or out. Nice condo with some beach view from the balcony. There was some kind of water issue which which the owner handled well with the complex, and did not inconveniance us.

I was disappointed to be honest

The apartment had chocolate stains on the wall and trash behind the pull out couch. The mattress of the pull out couch was very uncomfortable as you could feel all the springs. The toilet was clogged after every use and very hard to de-clog. All sheets and blankets had severe stains and did not smell fresh. They seemed to be used. The view from the balcony was lovely and the access to the beach was easy as well as the checking in process. The construction on site however was kind of ruining the atmosphere. I wish I would have known about that. Also no elevators only stair ways. We stayed in the second level. For me, it was the first time not staying at a Hotel. I rather prefer Hotels I think as it is less expensive and if I have an issue with cleaning issues or pluming I can just pick up the phone and can call the front desk, plus Breakfast is also included in the morning.

I enjoy hanging out on the water, listening to good live music, and watching sports. I love always improving and bettering my condos to make for a better stay for my guests. Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property has private beach access walking distance from my condo!!! It is a gorgeous beach with access to bathrooms and showers. It is exploding with entertainment opportunity around it, weather you want to go see a live concert at Concrete Street Amphitheater, or go see a Corpus Christi Hooks, baseball game, tour the U.S.S. Lexington, or go to the Texas state Aquarium! It is the perfect beach getaway opportunity for a couple / family / individual
