Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but it was a little bit, deceiving online that this property was not interconnected between both townhomes; also there were three issues that we presented to the host, but only one was addressed and communicated back to us; the TVs in one of the units would not work, and the host Did not provide adequate support or follow up, as we could not get the TVs to work, which was frustrating to the tenants; we asked for someone to come by and help us get the TVs to operate properly, but we never received that help

Family Get Away

This property was ideal for our needs, and made getting our kids and grandchildren together easy. On a quiet cul-de-sac that is located close to a variety of places to shop and eat. Property was clean and inviting with convenience items on hand. Host was accommodating and communicated well. Thank you.

Great communication!

The property was great overall, however we thought it was one big property as opposed to 2 separate units, but we made it work. We did have some minor issues upon check-in. We let Vanessa know, and she was able to get those resolved. She communicated promptly and was very understandable. I would recommend this place for large groups!

Fantastic place for large parties

Fantastic place! We came in for a Futsal Tournament with 6 teenagers. The home was perfect for our large group of 9. The townhouses have very well stocked kitchens! Plenty of towels and bedding supplies! The washer and dryer was very handy! Great location for going on walks, close to Target and visiting downtown Overland Park. Plenty of parking. Our host Vanessa was awesome! Thank you for a great stay in KC!

The combined house space was large and accommodated us very well. There was 12 of us. There was plenty of house supplies and kitchens were well stocked.

Quality and Quantity

Outstanding split-town-home(two houses) rented together. One family in one house, with other family next door. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of convenience nearby. House is newly renovated, clean, high-quality appliances and spacious for family game night and BBQ. I would definitely recommend this rental for friends, colleagues and even rent/book again. Quality service, comfort, and lots of amenities.

Great Experience

The duplex is great for multiple families. For our group it worked out perfect. The host is fabulous and very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone who has a large group and needs room for everyone.

Last minute trip

Dancin in Kansas

We had such a wonderful time in Overland Park in our cozy VRBO. The space was so nice, clean and we loved the decorations in both spaces. Easy access to the city, check in instructions were great, and assigning rooms was very easy with how large of a group we had. If we had any questions we would always get an immediate response. We will definitely be returning when we visit again!
