Barefoot Backhouse Beach Studio W/ Outdoor Patio & Air Conditioning

Welcome to my adorable newly renovated beach/bay guesthouse! 5 min walk away from Mission Bay and Mission Beach - very centrally located near bars, restaurants and Belmont Park. This cozy and inviting space features an outside living area and indoor comfort with air conditioner and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideally located for your stay in San Diego Bay. Beach days are made easy with an outdoor shower, beach chairs and an umbrella. Please note that there is limited street parking.

The studio is located just a two minute walk to the beach and a four minute walk to the bay. This is a studio unit so please keep in mind that it is small but it has all that you will need to be comfortable while away from home. The studio has been fully renovated just a week ago! It is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends! There is a fully equipped kitchen (it has an electric kettle, toaster, microwave and full sized stove, oven and fridge/freezer) and full bathroom. The room has a queen bed and a separate area with a dining table and two chairs. Central air conditioning will keep the place cool but there is also a ceiling fan for cooler days. There is no wardrobe but there is a luggage rack so your luggage has a space to be kept without getting in the way. There is a smart tv that has all the channels you would need - Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime, Hulu. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property.

There are a total of three units on the property - a front house and two units in the back. This is the downstairs back unit. The patio is shared with the upstairs unit. Beach items such as beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided. Outdoor shower is shared with the other two units.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire studio. The unit is located downstairs and the patio is shared.

Other things to note
There are no shared walls and the upstairs unit is not directly over the studio, but there is a potential for noise.

PARKING: The studio does NOT come with parking and parking is insanely difficult to find down by the beach or the bay. This unit is located off of Mission Blvd in between Mission Bay and Mission Beach. I would highly encourage you to ditch the car and rent a bike or a scooter to get around the area. There is a bike rental shop next to the studio and there is a bus stop just in front as well. The beach and the bay are both within 5 minutes walk.

Pacific Beach neighborhood! So much to do and not enough time to do it all. Walk to the bay and do paddle boarding or jet skiing. Rent bikes and ride around the beach boardwalk enjoying the atmosphere. So many bars and restaurants to experience!
