SUPER PROPRE
Ce charmant condo d'une chambre Ă  coucher (avec canapĂ©-lit supplĂ©mentaire) se trouve au dernier Ă©tage de l'un des plus hauts bĂątiments de Mission Beach avec de superbes vues. Du mur de fenĂȘtres, vous pouvez voir tout le chemin vers le sud jusqu'au centre-ville, au nord de La Jolla, Ă  l'ouest du Pacifique et Ă  l'est de Mission Bay.

Le moment que vous entrez dans la porte, vous ĂȘtes entourĂ© par un sentiment de dĂ©tente et de calme. Le nouveau mobilier lumineux et la dĂ©coration joyeuse font qu'il est facile de se plonger dans l'ambiance de «laisser vos soucis» et le fait que vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques pas de la plage de Mission Beach Boardwalk avec des kilomĂštres de sable et de mer!

Mission Beach, le BEACHWALK, Mission Bay, restaurants, shopping, Belmont Park (avec ses montagnes russes et de machine Ă  vagues) sont Ă  une courte distance de marche. SEA WORLD est Ă  cinq minutes de route tandis que SAN DIEGO ZOO, BALBOA PARK, centre de San Diego avec son GAS LAMP DISTRICT et OLD TOWN sont Ă  15-20 minutes en voiture!



Le mur de fenĂȘtres et terrasse hors de la salle Ă  manger ensoleillĂ©e donnent sur l'ocĂ©an Pacifique Ă  droite et Ă  Mission Bay, sur la gauche. Avec vue sur le centre-ville de San Diego horizon et des feux d'artifice Sea World (tous les soirs dans la ronde d'Ă©tĂ© ... week-end l'annĂ©e!). Vous pouvez voir des miles pendant que vous asseoir sur la terrasse avec votre cafĂ© du matin.

Si vous tenez Ă  travailler ou si vous restez connectĂ© Ă  Internet, nous fournissons un service WiFi super rapide. Et aussi avoir des canaux de sport supplĂ©mentaires pour votre plaisir ... quand vous n'ĂȘtes pas dehors Ă  la plage!

La cuisine est équipée de nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, notamment un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un compacteur à déchets. Apportez simplement de la nourriture car tout le reste est fourni! Tout ceci est entouré de magnifiques comptoirs et sols en marbre.

Un soin particulier a Ă©tĂ© apportĂ© pour fournir le lit le plus confortable (le matelas a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment remplacĂ© par un matelas de luxe de 4000 $ qui dort comme le paradis!) avec des oreillers et des couettes en duvet. Nous avons rĂ©cemment installĂ© un climatiseur dans la chambre, ce qui vous permet de choisir la tempĂ©rature la plus confortable pour vos prĂ©fĂ©rences de sommeil. Et si vous ĂȘtes trop frais, il y a une cheminĂ©e sur le mur qui fournit non seulement la chaleur mais une dĂ©licieuse atmosphĂšre romantique!

Le bain, avec baignoire et pomme de douche pluie, a été entiÚrement rénové et entouré de carreaux de marbre travertin sur les planchers, douche et vanité.

This is a well-maintained condo with beautiful views, great security and fantastic accessibility to both the beach and restaurants. With all of these positive attributes, the best thing about it is still the host. Sandi was incredibly kind and patient, picking up the phone to help me access the unit when I had made a mistake in missing the welcome email. She also struck the perfect balance in being available to help, but also allowing us space to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back and I cannot give a stronger recommendation for this incredible vacation spot!

We loved the location. So close to the beach. We felt very safe as the building had multiple key entry. The host was very quick to get back to us when we had a question. We also enjoyed the beach chairs, towels and coolers.

The property was exactly as advertised. The views were amazing. There was a small glitch with parking at first, which had nothing to do with the property owner at all, and was quickly resolved. Hope to return next year!

This is the perfect set up for a couple to explore San Diego Mission Beach. You can't beat the location. Literally steps to the beach. And super close to the Bay. Coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards all provided! Good restaurants very close and a full service mini mart grocery with a great wine selection right across the street. And kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including coffee, spices and oils. Sandi has literally thought of everything. Unit also includes a parking space which is SO useful in this neighborhood. I highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful condo! Location was perfect. Easy to walk to the ocean and the bay. Sandi was a wonderful host! Just had a little trouble finding the key box. I found a door with the address and was expecting a metal box. We finally saw the wood box farther from the door than we thought it would be. We're probably the only guests to have trouble. Otherwise, we had everything we could have wanted. The views were amazing and every night we saw fireworks from Sea World. Great vacation!!!

The security here is great as is the large garage space. We were never able to use the laundry facilities as they are shared and always in use. There is a laundromat across the street however. The condo is great except for the loud window air conditioner right next to the bed. Thankfully there were ear plugs in the drawer. The view from the balcony is great to view the sea world fireworks and downtown at night.

Mission Beach

The owner and property manager are as delightful as can be. Somehow the directions to the place seemed more complicated than necessary. The pros: Vew and location to local sights, secured parking, access to beach, and restaurants. Had everything we needed. The cons: Traffic noise and traffic congestion, noise from late night guests in local outdoor restaurants, Loud fan from local restaurant that runs all day. Laundry is in the underground parking garage and requires money. Parking for our SUV was challenging as the space was tight and required parallel parking. The carpet could use a cleaning. This unit best suited for a younger demographic.

Winter getaway

We enjoyed or stay. The location is terrific. The pictures show what the unit is like. 1/2 block to the ocean front boardwalk and about 3 blocks to the Mission Bay boardwalk. Beautiful view from the patio and a lovely spot to have your morning coffee, afternoon tea or cocktails. The only cons we had was no fan over the stove and so beacause we cooked a lot the smoke alarm would go off. The elevator was broken for our first few days which made it awkward to get all our stuff up to the unit. We also had trouble with the one lock to enter the garage from the stairwell and I would suggest they try to eliminate having to use a key there. It was concerning for us as we are seniors and in an emergency it might be difficult to get out of the building. Having a secured parking spot is definitely a bonus as even though we did not use our vehicle much we drove from Canada and were glad to have a place to park.The

Great Location and Comfortable

Condo was great for a 4-night stay. Bed was comfortable and condo was clean. And it was nice to have a secure building with a dedicated parking space. Communication with property manager was good also.

Pleasant

We loved this condo. It had everything! The town was pleasant. We enjoyed morning walks, steps away from dining, the beach. Katherine was a great host. The check-in tour she gave us was necessary in order to grasp the ins & outs of accessing the condo, the building is old and not digitized/modernized. You need a physical key to access everything. You need a key to access the stairs, to access the doors inside the stairwell, you need the key to also access the elevator and to access the garage, and to access the showers outside to rinse off all the sand before you enter the building. And you need a separate key to access the condo/unit. This is no fault of the condo owners, but the building/property management, digital keypads would really be an upgrade. Parking on site was a huge lifesaver!!! If you are sensitive to noise, I would bring earplugs. We were well aware that there was no central air, and sleeping with the windows open allowed better airflow. However, you can hear motorcycles, other traffic. Also, running AC units on the ceilings of nearby buildings. The bedroom does have a window unit for Air Conditioning which helps drown the noise, and it did get pretty cold. And there are two tower fans in the living room. This town was very pleasant. My husband and I felt very safe walking around at night with our 4 year old. The condo had everything you needed to take down to the beach. And we were able to cook breakfast in the mornings. I would stay here again.

Sandi and Rick Ellis have lived in Grants Pass Oregon for the past 13 years since moving from Carmel Valley California. We are semi retired and share our lives with our dogs. We enjoy updating the condo when we visit several times a year for a clean and new feeling for our family and guests.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We purchased this condo when our daughter was earning her PhD and needed a bright place to live for five years that was close to shopping and recreation. Since then our family and friends have enjoyed using the condo to vacation at the beach. Because we use this home, we have decorated and maintained it not so much for rental but for our enjoyment, so it's nicer than you might expect from a beach rental.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Guests have complimented our condo as being incredibly welcoming with everything provided that even might be needed. "It's as though you read our mind" . We have stocked the condo so that we have to bring only our clothes and necessities when we visit. So guests are gifted with what we provide for ourselves.
We are located on what locals call "The Strand" which is a spit of land only a few hundred feet wide. Mission Blvd. runs down the middle of it and the Pacific is just steps away as well as Mission Bay on the other side.
It's a truly unique location. The bright atmosphere first attracted us to this condo but the additional advantages that we appreciate now are the proximity to restaurants, shops and rental businesses. Not to mention the beach and bay on either side of the building. We can pull in to the gated and secure garage and never use our car again until we're ready to return on our journey.
