Casa No Problemo is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac in the Desert Princess Country Club, alongside the putting green and boasts stunning mountain views. The entire home has been professionally designed top-to-bottom for exquisite presentation, tranquil ambiance and utmost comfort.
Mixing clean modern lines and soothing southwest charm, this homeâs living space is designed with relaxation in mind. A sectional sofa and several unique armchairs wrap around a handsomely tiled fireplace, with a 65in smart tv above. Natural light pours in from the surrounding windows and sliding doors, which provide a spectacular view over the sparkling saltwater pool and across the lush greenbelt.
The gourmet kitchen is open to the living area and features stainless steel appliances, a massive breakfast island, and all the dishware and cookware needed to prepare a five-star meal for the entire family.
The posh primary suite features a king bed, large walk-in closet, 55in smart tv, and a fabulous en suite bath. The spa-like bathroom has both a massive soaking tub and walk-in glass-enclosed shower, double sink vanity, and water closet.
The first of the two guest suites has a king bed, walk-in closet, 50in smart tv, work desk, and stylish en suite bath with glass and tile shower. The second guest suite also has a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bath with a glass and tile shower. Every bedroom has a private, en suite bathroom!
There is also a separate powder room and direct access to the one-car garage with Tesla EV charger.
Finally, the homeâs piĂšce de rĂ©sistance: the backyard hosts a dazzling saltwater pool (12ftx24ft) and spa ensemble with gorgeous decorative tiling that overlooks a breathtaking greenscape and sublime mountain ranges. The patio is complete with an outdoor dining set for six, a large gas grill, lava stone fire pit, and several sunning chaises.
PER CITY RULES: No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. Occupants shall respect the neighborsâ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 30-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The city requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals are allowed.
