Historic Farm Stay, Star Gazing, Antique Shopping, Pet Friendly!

Thank you for staying with us as you celebrated family and friends in LaGrange! So glad you tried some of the local flavor of downtown Fayetteville! We will be waiting for you when next your travels bring you to the country!

Well your husband had a real impact on the farm cats they will be anxiously awaiting his return and his "free range feeding" tactics! Loved having you stay with us and hope your frequent trips to LaGrange will bring you back to the farm!!

Toby and friends were amazing! They are the kind of guests that leave and the place is so clean you are not sure they stayed the night! Would love to have them back anytime!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay at the farmhouse and that it provided the perfect place to relax and recharge after the MS 150 ride. It sounds like you truly experienced some of our favorite parts of country living — evenings on the back patio under the Texas night sky, cozy comforts inside, and of course visits from our friendly farm cats. We’re so glad the stocked kitchen, soaking tub, and comfy beds helped make your stay enjoyable and restorative. You were fantastic guests, and we would love to welcome you back anytime you are ready for another peaceful getaway in the country!

All hosts keep their fingers-crossed they will have guests like Michael and his crew, especially over the Round Top Antique Show! Great communicator's and the cat's love them....which is a sure sign they are winner's! Hope to have them in Fayetteville again soon!

The ladies were a delight to have at the farm! It is always such a pleasure to have folks that love central Texas, take care of your home as if it was theirs! We would love to have them back anytime of year!

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the easy check-in process, cleanliness, and décor of the home. As noted in the listing, the property is located in a small rural Texas community of approximately 284 people, which offers guests the opportunity to enjoy peaceful surroundings and beautiful night skies away from city lights. As you mentioned in our first conversation, hoping for the opportunity to see stars, many guests specifically choose the property for the stargazing experience and quiet country setting. This time of year is also June Bug season in Central Texas, which is a natural part of country living, especially during the warmer months. We certainly understand that rural environments can feel very different for guests who are more accustomed to city settings such as your hometown of Calgary. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us during your travels and wish you safe journeys ahea

The weather just didn't want to cooperate with you this weekend! Something tells me you and your daughter would have enjoyed your time together in sunshine and in rain! Thank you for staying with us and your kind comments about our little farm! Come back and see us soon!

Glad we met your expectations and Yes!, Fayetteville is a hidden gem! Please come back and visit us the stars will be waiting!

Well we just love this family and while Montana is not exactly "up the road" we sure hope their travels bring them back to our little slice of Texas! Just so fortunate to have had them with us during the show! The place was spotless when I arrived to get ready for our next guests...really can't say enough about our new friends!

We were so pleased to host Amanda and her group of friends during the antique show! They were so respectful of our property and were great communicators throughout their stay! We certainly hope their travels bring them back to central Texas soon!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm so glad the farmhouse was a comfortable fit for your family—and your furry friends too! It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’m happy to hear you enjoyed the peaceful setting and the friendly barn cats. I hope your time in Round Top was just as lovely, and I’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime you’re in the area. Safe travels and take care!

We love a five-star review! Thanks for staying with us during the show. It can be a crazy time of year. Our proximity to the show seems to work for many of our antique show guests, as it keeps you out of the congestion caused by all the traffic in Round Top specifically. Fayetteville is such a cool little town that should not be overlooked! Thank you for the heads up on the sliding barn doors! We ordered hardware from the manufacturer that should correct the issue immediately! Come back and see us soon. You guys look like girl trips are a full-body experience!

Thank you for choosing our farm home for you getaway! I t was an eventful stay considering you were with us only one night. I will be checking in on the owl this week to see how his rehabiliation is going AND all the cats are now accounted for! Please come back to see us when the show is not winding down and the traffic is at a slugs pace!
