2 Bedroom Furnished Home Away From Home

This is not a Bed & Breakfast. Being located in the City of Alton, IL, the City requires an occupancy permit with the names, DL or State ID, and DOB of each person staying, including children if applicable. Please do not be alarmed or offended when I ask for this information.
No Instant Bookings for less than 30 days. Must be >30 days.

Just call me and we will give you the codes to the door and alarm system if a late night entry is needed.

Please give at least 24 hour notice of first entry and last exit.

You should feel at home instantly with all the furnishings and homey atmosphere.

There are 2 closets and I counted 42 drawers total for your things.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house including 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, open front room, front deck, and back yard / patio.

Feel free to use the Dressers and Closets. There is a refrigerator, electric stove, washer & dryer, microwave, coffee pot, pizza oven, and more.

For your added security, please set Alarm System when leaving.
Nightly price is very low compared to most motels in area.
Other things to note
Please smoke outside. The next guest may be sensitive to the smell.
All you need is your clothes, food, and personal stuff.
$500 Security Deposit required if Online Platform not used.
