Perched above the sea with panoramic views and close beach access, the condo has ocean views and from living/dining room, master bedroom, and en suite den with wet bar. Gather around the fireplace for fantastic sunsets with family and friends. Grab the binoculars off the mantle and see if you, too, can spot whales! Well-equipped kitchen. Second small office/den, both with desks and ergonomic chairs, printer in 2nd office. Large deck to enjoy the ocean breeze and crashing waves at sunset!

We had a good stay and enjoyed the coast and king tides. House was big with plenty of room. We were locked out, for some reason, for about an hr in the cold and rain. Vrbo was slow in working with us but I finally got a hold of owner who was very apologetic and she provided us access to a key. Big bummer is that I left my laptop there and I contacted owner the day we left. Unfortunately, even though I knew exactly where I left it, it wasn’t found??? So if anyone finds it please let the owner or me know. Appreciate it!

Great stay for a quick holiday weekend away!

Took a quick trip with our 8 month old Golden Lab puppy. Quick access to multiple beaches and a comfortable stay. Plan to book this location in the future and bring our adult boys with us to enjoy the area. Fireplace was a welcome and week used adventure. Would recommend this property 100%!

Enjoyed our stay!

Loved the house, the host was very friendly and correspondence with her was timely and helpful. The house easily accommodated our family of eight. The beach was beautiful and we even saw whales! Very comfortable, peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Very well stocked kitchen. Would have liked better lighting in living room and kitchen. The bathroom light dimmer switch needs attention. All the way on or off was fine but when trying to dim as a night light flickered. House was well equipped with supplies to clean. Really enjoyed the outside sitting and picnic area. Thank you!

Great location

We loved this property. It was just a short walk to the beach from the condo and most days we had the beach mostly to ourselves. Watching sunsets from the living room every night was lovely. We will definitely be back.

Fall family trip

We found the place to be roomy. There were four of us and beds to spare. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets! The fireplace is a great touch. The view very nice.

What a great time we had!!

We were there only 3 nights, but it was a perfect place for the eight of us!! This house is small wth lots of rooms. We were together, but had a space to retreat to when needed. The location is wonderful! It is close to several beaches, great eating place and some fun shopping adventures. I hope we get to use this house again sometime!

Weather was perfect!

Our stay was well worth the trip. Our 93 year old mother wished she could have seen more of the ocean (but she did pick the place out!) the only down fall was that all the beds were SO TALL! Mom used the kitchen stool to get up and down. Kitchen was well stocked but there was only room for 2 cooks at a time (that was a good thing!) Thank you!

Great Location

Plenty of room for family or friends to get together. We were fogged in and only had a few peeks at the water, but when we saw the ocean, it was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable, they do sit high if you have mobility problems. Condo is on the ground floor with just two steps up onto the deck for entrance. No assigned parking, but lots of parking available. Power and cable went out while we were there, and the owner contacted us right away and let us know what both utilities were saying about expected time for restoration, and kept us informed until the services were restored. Outage wasn't too long, and the fireplace still functioned for heat if needed. Quick walk to beach access, though lots of stairs to get down to the sand. There is another access short drive away to the south that puts you out on the sand without stairs. We will be back!

Perfect Respite

I had some elderly folks with me and we made it work getting in and out of the condo, but it would be tough for a wheelchair-bound person, and was a little challenging for my older folks to navigate the 2 or 3 steps (without rails) to enter or leave at either door. We loved the view of the ocean and large living/dining area - the table provided lots of room for puzzling and cards and eating and the couches and fireplace made it very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom with the handicap shower was accessible through the second office/wet bar and there was a small lip in the flooring that my in-law had to watch out for. The kitchen was great and well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was great having our own rooms and the second bathroom. The beach is accessible down a long set of concrete stairs that does have a rail on one side, but the elders couldn't quite do that. I, however, took advantage every day! This place was clean, tidy, comfortable and cozy, and the owner was quite responsive. The location was great on the south side of Lincoln and I could walk to Siletz Bay easily from the condo along the beach. We would stay there again and really enjoyed our time and this beautiful condo.

Quirky Delightful Nice View Plenty Beds

The apartment had everything you needed, nothing you didn't. Somewhat minimalist, in a good way. Nice view of the ocean over the rooftops. When the weather was extreme, we loved being cozy in the small living room by the fire, looking out at the ocean from a distance. I counted 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The building is older and has been added on, so there are stairs up and down, here and there, but that added to the charm. Everything was neat as a pin and cheerful. The property is 2 steep blocks up from the actual beach. And surrounded by a dozen other units with one upstairs. But most are seniors living there and they were nice. There is a nice wind protected sitting area with a picnic table with the same view of the ocean over the roof tops. But each time we went to enjoy it, of course the rain followed us. We got a good laugh out of that. The only drawbacks were the slightly obstructed roof-top view of the ocean, and being at the top of a steep hill which made walking to the beach or into town for a meal or shopping a daunting hike.

Comfy with plenty of room

Comfortable with plenty of room and amenities. Close to the beach and in a quiet area of town. Wi-fi worked great. Property manager is very prompt with responses and friendly. Overall great experience! We book it again!

Sunset Blue

The property was very clean and smelled great (I've stayed in pet friendly rentals that did not smell nice) the layout of the house provides space and privacy, the beach is easy to access and is truly a block away, if you like to cook your meals while at the coast you will appreciate the cookware! We were located pretty far from the downtown area but did not mind the drive at all. We will definitely book this rental again.
