Grand condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain de 1450 pieds carrĂ©s avec vue sur le lac et accĂšs au bord de l’eau situĂ© Ă  moins de 200 pieds du condo. Grande banque de pĂȘche et accessible en bateau. Grand pont couvert enveloppant avec des chaises Ă  bascule et une balançoire surplombe la crique du lac ci-dessous.

Nouvellement peint, nouvelle moquette et nouvelle literie. Le condo est entiÚrement meublé et comprend une connexion Internet par cùble haut débit, une cuisine bien équipée, trois télévisions HD à grand écran avec lecteurs de DVD / magnétoscopes dans la grande piÚce et les deux chambres, DirectTV, grill à charbon / fumeur, balancelle et balancelles donnant sur le lac. L'unité est joliment décorée avec des couleurs vives, des tirages limités signés Bev Doolittle dans la chambre d'amis, des tentures murales en tapisserie d'origine, des fauteuils en cuir dans la grande salle, une cheminée à bois et un plafond voûté de 20 pieds de haut. (Seul condo à Mt Harbour avec plafond voûté de 20 pieds.).

La chambre principale a un lit en laiton king size et la salle de bain principale a une baignoire jacuzzi. La deuxiÚme chambre a quatre lits jumeaux. Un canapé-lit queen-size dans une grande salle est idéal pour les enfants. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond.

Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec cafetiÚre Kerig.

Le condo est Ă  la fin de Vista sur un cul-de-sac, il est donc idĂ©al pour les enfants avec des vĂ©los, des scooters, etc. À distance de marche des piscines, des courts de tennis et du spa Turtle Cove et Ă  quelques minutes en voiture du lodge et du restaurant.

Les animaux domestiques sont considérés et ne fument que sur le pont.

Beautiful condo on the water

This condo was exactly as described, beautifully furnished, and a nice wrap around outdoor porch! We pulled our pontoon boat up in the cove and were able to tie up there overnight. Loved it!

Weekend Lake Trip

Our family of 5 needed a weekend trip to the lake and this property was wonderful! It was a very nice condo with plenty of room for 5. We did not cook at all, but enjoyed eating at the nearby lodge restaurant and at the marina subway. Our kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts that were just a short walk away from the condo. We launched our boat just a few minutes away. The property owner was so very kind and was very helpful with all of our questions and needs. We would love to come back again soon and stay longer!

We had a nice, one night stay. The check in was easy through the front desk. The resort is nice and this unit was nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again. It was also very quiet.

This condo is top notch. Beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Our fist visit was in July 2019 and we couldn't get back fast enough, so we went back for spring break 2020. Hoping to go back in the summer.

I used to live in this area so I return every year to visit family and friends. I’ve stayed in many condos and cabins and this was one of my favorites. It’s very clean and well appointed. I plan on staying here during all of my future visits!

We enjoyed the cabin, especially being able to enjoy nature. I loved sitting on the deck watching deer, and just relaxing. My only problem was that I am short and had a hard time climbing into bed, I did do it though. Now for a true complaint... the master bath's shower lets water "leak" onto the floor, even with the shower doors completely closed, it caused me to slip down because I wasn't expecting the floor to be wet. My other complaint was that we had to wash all dishes before use as they were put up dirty. Overall I would stay here again it was well worth it! Our stay was July 16-20, 2018

Far exceeded my expectations

I booked this condo at the last minute as a little getaway for my family. I was in no way expecting a place so nice. The resort was relatively empty; we had the cove to ourselves. The weather was a bit chilly but we had the best cross between things to do and time to relax. The resort's Easter celebrations were fun for the kids. The older kids fished the whole weekend and brought home quite the catch. My only suggestion.... hang towel-holders in the bathrooms. We had a hard time reusing towels because they ended up on the floor. I plan to go back!

Absolutely perfect!

This was a last minute getaway for our family for Spring Break and we could not have been happier. Our 4 girls LOVED the twin beds in the guest room and having so many fun activities nearby made it even more special. The home felt warm and inviting for the minute we arrived and only got better from there. Our kiddos are already asking when we can come back!

There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, & the furry ones. It was easily accessible to our boat,and jet skis, right out the back. Everyone slept great after a full day on the lake. :)

Perfect Stay

Very nice condo on beautiful Lake Ouachita. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The master bed was very comfortable. There is a wrap around deck with plenty of seating including a porch swing. We were able to beach our boat on the lake below and could keep an eye on it from the unit. Very short walk down to water. We will almost certainly book this unit in the future.

Wonderful lake view condo!

This is our 2nd stay at this condo. We've stayed in 4 different ones at this resort and this one is my favorite. It's very nicely decorated with plenty of seating in the dining and living room areas. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable one I've every had in a rental. The view is awesome. We had deer everyday out the back balcony over looking the lake. Can't wait to visit again.

Very enjoyable

Really nice property. Resort is great as was the spa. Friendly people. Pretty location. Secluded and outside of town if you like being removed. Used the nearby riding stables and really enjoyed it. No complaints about the property. Well stocked kitchen and clean. May need some updating soon due to age, but overall well maintained.

It was totally updated with frest paint throughout, new carpeting, and new bedding. Whether you are looking for summer fun on the lake, fall and spring fishing on one of the clearest lakes in the country, or wanting a cozy get-away on a cold winter day, this is the place for you. So many of our guests come back year after year because of this unit's beauty and view of the lake from the wonderful porch swing on the deck.
