Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would rate this property as a good property very comfortable. My only complaint would be the couch in the living room definitely needs to be replaced and the master bathroom tub needs some work. The second bathroom has been very nicely modernized so that’s the one we use.The kitchen has been beautifully modernized. The staff have been excellent with the few issues we have had, very courteous and prompt.

We had fun with the kids everything was clean and easy to find check in was a breeze Will recommended the property a lil touch and go with the steps for my 3 yr old but over all they were his favorite not mine through lol

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit met our needs. Our teenager slept upstairs, our elementary two slept on the hide-a-bed. Appliance were updated, super convenient location to the beach, outside shower was super convenient to help get extra sand off before going inside. Some outlets didn't work and about 3 roaches seen but they were not seen by the kids and my husband was able to get rid of them before they found out. Aside from the roach issue, we loved it here and will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was mostly as described. Water damage visual on ceilings. Updates to unit mainly to kitchen and flooring. Stove/Oven is old. Downstairs bed and upstairs bedrooms dated. Location is great. We have stayed in quite a few of the Lakefront condos some much nicer decore and some similar; however the proximity to the pool, beach and lake is our priority.

Ok but could have been better.

Reviewer Comments: Room was amazing till the couch bed did not pull out,was waiting on owner approval and did not get an air bed till 3 days later,icing on the cake is when roaches started coming out of stove as we were cooking and coming out of dish washer as it was running. Emily and Amanda from customer service were so helpful they get 5 out of 5 stars 🌟,overall stay was good until our little guest starting coming around.

Our lakefront villa 147 had so many roaches!! The couches and couch pillows are very old and dirty.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were satisfied for the most part with our stay. We stayed in this unit last year and there were several things unsatisfactory concerning it but we decided to stay here again because of the proximity to the beach. All issues seemed to be resolved from last year and all was good this year too except the unit was COVERED with roaches. We bought several roach motels to put out but that didn't seem to curb them at all. We could not keep any food or snacks out on the counter. Everything was kept in the refrigerator. We washed all dishes and utensils before we used them as precaution.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great and for the most part extremely clean. A few issues. A.) Roaches. We killed probably around 20 of them. Mostly coming from the kitchen. My wife also found one in bed in the downstairs master during her sleep. B.) Many of the lamps do not work and or are not near a plug. Felt they were there for decorative purposes. C.) Black out shades in the master were off track and we had to re-attach to the tracks to get them to close all the way. With that said, loved having the beach chairs included with our stay. Used them every day. WE would stay here again, the location cannot be beat.

It was Okay; could have been cleaner, but will come back anyway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had dead bugs in the master bedroom window, on the floor, and between the mattress and box springs. I know there is an issue with being short workers at some places, but cleanliness is important. We liked the location and the unit itself was large enough for my family of 4. I've been a guest of Seascape for 20 years and plan to come again. The cleaning issue is a simple fix.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is properly the best lot to access the beach(Lakefront 147). So sorry but I have to say it. We almost lost our appetite when we found a USED hamburger in the draw to get forks. The combination to get into our villa did not work. I had to stay on the phone while it was getting dark with the overnight emergency rep. That was so fun. I'm being very sarcastic. Also, the address they give you takes you to the owners gate and you can't get in so make sure you verify and let them know you're not an owner. They will hopefully give you the correct address. Other than all of this, the location was great. And no, I was not given any perks or apologies.

Reviewer Comments: IT NEEDS UP-DATING:THE BARS STOOLS ARE WAY TO TALL, HAVE TO STAND TO EAT.THE MASTER BED FEELS LIKE YOUR SLEEPING IN A HOLE.HAD ISSUE WITH DRYER, THE BOOSTING SYSTEM WOULD NOT TURN OFF. IT RAN FOR 6 HRS STRAIT. COULD NOT GET MAINTENCE TO RESPOND TO ISSUE. THEY NEED TO UPDATE THERE MAINTENCE DEPT. ALSO. NOISEY LOCATION. HAD TO SLEEP WITH EAR PLUGS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. WAS VERY DUSTY DIRTY, COULD NOT SEE OUT WINDOWS.SPENT A LOT OF TIME CLEANING.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked that we were so close to the beach. The condo was clean and nice enough. The mattress in the master bedroom seemed to be a little worn out. There were only two lamps that had working light bulbs. There was no hot water in the downstairs tub/shower. There was no hot water at the kitchen sink. None of the TV's worked properly, although we believe it was the cable not the TV's. The ice maker did not work. We did have a good vacation despite these few problems. We have stayed at several different units at Seascape over the last thirty years, and have always had good experiences, but this is the first year we had any kind of problems with the unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great - could not be better. The condo was not. The sheetrock on the ceiling was falling. The TV in the main room would keep cutting off. The TV in the main bedroom had a short so I had to time up the cable to keep it on. The shower upstairs had mold in it. Some recepticles would not work causing issues with lighting. The place was not clean. We cleaned it ourselves. We contacted Seascape to ask for another place. They did not have one. They told us they would come look at the TVs and clean. They never showed up. We never heard a word back from them. The condo was not clean!!
