It was a great stay. The home was clean and stocked with everything you will need.

Great spot for a quick weekend trip.

This place was perfect for my 3 day trip to Ft. Lauderdale for a conference. Clean, easy check-in and close to downtown Ft. Lauderdale.

Our stay at the Black & White Condo - Sunrise

Communications with property owner prior to our arrival was timely and clear. The property was clean and smelled lovely. Friendly neighbours. Amber checked in halfway through our stay to see if everything was ok.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again if we visited the area.

The property was very secure. It’s modern yet homey on the inside and spacious enough to not feel cramped. The neighbors were sometimes loud at 1-2am. However, a great stay and lovely host.

Good Value for Price

This home fit our needs for a 1-night stay. The beds and LR coach were comfortable. Great shower. Cute, fun decor. House and neighborhood seemed very safe. We couldn’t find a toaster, and lack of bedside lamps was disappointing. But overall, we were pleased and comfortable.

Overall excellent!

The condo was exactly what we needed for our six day vacation!It was clean, well stocked with towels, blankets, and dishes. The host communicated well and was there if we needed her. There were a lot of people outside at all hours, we learned that is just part of the neighborhood. Overall felt safe and had a good experience.

Worked well for us.

It was was she said it would be. And we were comfortable. There were a few more dishes and things we would have preferred, but all the necessities were there. Everything worked as it should. We had an issue with one of the beds, and she answered promptly and responded to the issue well.

Great experience

It was just as described it was clean and looked just like the pictures. Easy location it was close to so many beaches and grocery stores and not too far away from Miami. The neighborhood was quiet and I have no complaints. Overall I had a great stay.

Reasonable price for stay equal distances from everything

Owner allowed us to check in early, which was great. A bit concerned about the cobwebs when you look up in the kitchen. Short on linens - 4 towels for 4 people / 5 days. And no top sheets on the bed. It’s a problem for us because the rules said not to turn the thermostat down below 75 and there was only fur blankets available for one of the rooms, especially since we don’t sleep well when it’s warm. The house was about 15/20 minutes from everything we wanted to see/do. Owner was quick to respond to messages and checked in with us to see how things were going.

Mediocre accomodations...

First off, Let me just say. We are from Fort Lauderdale, Born and Raised. We moved out of state last Summer. I wouldn't have never booked if we new it was off Sunset Strip in the hood. The area was listed as Sunrise. That area is actually Lauderhill FL. However, the owner is rude, my husband locked the bottom lock by accident. Which anyone in the right mind would want to do the same thing due to area with your belongings left inside .When we where leaving for the day. When we got back its 9pm. We contacted the owner to come unlock the door . We ended been stuck in the car for almost 2hrs until someone showed and opened the door to the house. She was literally going back and forth with me. I was so discussed, we rented property from you but you be combative. There no signs by the alarm or on the door saying Don't lock the bottom lock. But she has signs everywhere else about blinds, house rules etc.. She sent one email with the check-in about the door code with don't lock the bottom lock . No other time was it mention. We have a smart home in GA. She needs to have keyless lock for the bottom. So this is never a problem again. The back room was so hot we slept with no cover on the whole time. It was no fan in the room to have better circulation in the room. Also, it no dresser/ chester/night table stand or closet to put your items in. We had to live out of suitcase for 5 nights. The room my kids had a make shift closet with the air conditioner handler in. One bathroom for 4 people. Hard beds, base boards in the house was dirty. I would never stay here again. If you basic necessities , this place for you. But you get what you pay for. I should known by the price. You definitely get what you pay for mediocre accomodations.

Gute Unterkunft mit ein paar EinschrÀnkungen

Die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr bemĂŒht und man merkt, dass sie das Haus wohnlich machen möchte. Es war sauber, aber teilweise abgewohnt (im kleinen Bad ohne Fenster war am Waschtisch etwas abgebrochen, an manchen Jalousien waren Lamellen gebrochen). Was uns sehr gestört hat: das VerteilgerĂ€t der Klimaanlage war im begehbaren Schrank beim vorderen Schlafzimmer- es war extrem laut. Das hintere Schlafzimmer hat dafĂŒr wenig KĂŒhle abbekommen, die ÜberzĂŒge und Kissen waren nicht zu nutzen, da viel zu warm. (PlĂŒsch Material) im 2.ten Schlafzimmer. gab es nur eine kleine Kommode aus Kunststoff, keine Kleiderhaken oder Ă€hnliches zum AufhĂ€ngen/Aufbewahren. Es gab nur einen KerzenstĂ€nder, keine Nachttischlampen. Ein kleiner Stehtisch, leider nur 2 BarstĂŒhle. Es war relativ laut in den ersten NĂ€chten. Alles in allem ist es evtl. eher fĂŒr PĂ€rchen geeignet, als fĂŒr Familie mit kleinerem Kind. Zumindest ist das unsere subjektive Meinung. Wir haben uns einfach nicht so wohl gefĂŒhlt. Unsere Gastgeberin war aber sehr nett, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Anbindung war gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch nah.
