We live in Cedar Rapids and love it! After living in this house for a few years we decided to move but we just couldn't part with it. I want other families to enjoy it just like we did. It's the perfect vacation house. Our patio oasis home is our only VRBO and it holds a special place in our heart. We are wanderlusts and personally transformed this house into everything we love about different places we’ve visited so you can break free and relax in your own personal paradise. We are easy going and genuinely love making sure you are comfortable on your time away. There is nothing better than a local and reachable host to ensure everything is tip top. We are completely dedicated to our guests enjoying their stay while also staying out of their way. We are very social people, and have explored EVERYTHING there is to see and do in Cedar Rapids. Whether you want to stroll through one of Iowa’s largest farmer’s markets, ride a mechanical bull, visit one of SEVEN Cedar Rapids Breweries, catch a semi-pro baseball or hockey game, visit the Hawkeye speedway or enjoy live music at one of our concert venues, Cedar Rapids has it all! Cedar rapids is the second largest city in Iowa but also has that small town “Iowa nice” feel. We have fallen in love with this city as well as our special VRBO and we know you will too!

This house is very unique. Lots of room, great for entertaining with a one of a kind outdoor patio and fenced in yard. Watch the game on the outdoor patio TV while cooking up a grommet meal in the outdoor kitchen complete with an electric smoker, grill, built in cooler and bar. Enjoy the fire table or use some of our stocked firewood to make up the firepit. Also features yard games, hanging lights, swing, and luxury daybed. Kitchen features plenty of cook and dinning wear, dishwasher etc. If weather isn't good or the patio is closed for the winter (Dec 1st to March 1st) there's a large upstairs AND downstairs living room. Snuggle up on the couches for a movie night or there's huge table perfect for family board games. Has a nice downstairs bar, gym, washer/dryer, even a craft room/ office. Features 4 beautiful electric fireplaces, 5 TV's all with Chromecast and local channels. Full activity binder to browse all Cedar Rapids has to offer. All living spaces are available, you rent the entire house. Each bedroom upstairs have closets that are empty. With hangers and shelving. 1 stall garage to park as well as a bonus parking space in driveway in order to park 2 cars in the driveway and 1 in garage. Due to Iowa's harsh winters the patio will be winterized Dec 1st to March 1st. You are welcome to use the fire pit and grill if you can brave the cold but all other things outside will be in storage for winter. You honestly don't want to be out there anyway. -Please no parties, no smoking, and no pets. certified service dogs only. A service dog is defined as dogs that are specially trained to do a task to aid their handler with a disability. This does not include emotional support pets. If you break something please just send us a message, we understand accidents happen. No unregistered overnight guests
