Modern comfort, small town charm. Room for all to visit, rest retreat or create

This is a bright, roomy and modern style house. Set in a quiet Center Point neighborhood. Just off of interstate 380, with a 30 minute drive to Cedar Rapids, Vinton, Shellsberg, Palo or Independence, & 45 minutes to Waterloo/Cedar Falls. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, pool table, full kitchen, backyard, deck and fenced in yard. Each bedroom has a different type of mattress, this allows guests to choose the room they feel the bed matches their sleeping preferences. We have a meeting room that can be used for sewing, (including a cutting table, design wall, & pressing station) scrap booking, or crafting with friends or family. Also good for small retreats or study groups. Backyard deck has cushioned wicker set, and grill for outdoor entertaining. There is also a hi chair, pack-n-play, and book, toy & game closet for use. We have a NO animals allowed policy, and a NO smoking/vaping inside buildings policy. Contractor reservations need prior approval with host.

Went as a family of 9 for Christmas and it was perfect! Home was very clean and had everything we needed and more! Traveled with a toddler and house was stocked with bed, highchair and much more! Host even decorated for Christmas!

This is a very nice and spacious house. Our group was here for a scrapbooking weekend and we had a great time.The craft room was therefore our main focus for renting this house.

This house was perfect for our group of 5. There was plenty of space to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Beautiful well appointed home. Everything is labeled. There's no guesswork about where things are stored, helpful hints regarding the jetted tub, etc. We had three families ages 1 to 65 and it was absolutely perfect. Large enough for 8 and a highchair at the table.

Beautiful Home

We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Everything at the house was over-the-top. The furnishings were in pristine condition, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine, they even had spare toothbrushes, had we forgotten ours. Our group of four couples enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to the opportunity to stay again. Thank you so, so much!
