Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located centrally to many local places. With the view of East Knoll Park and beautifully grown trees. The views in all seasons of Iowa can not be beat. Many of our outdoor friends such as deer, birds and squirrels will find a space in our yard.

Our extended family enjoyed this lovely home for a recent stay! It provided ample sleeping and gathering space and the location was perfect! I was especially appreciative of the well-stocked kitchen ware! This host thought of everything!

One of our best stays!

We stayed for a weekend for a Graduation party nearby and absolutely loved the house, the area- there’s SO much room!!! Hosts were great to communicate with and went out of their way for us. Don’t hesitate- book now!

Wonderful stay

My family stayed in town for my wedding. We had a wonderful time and a lot of space for everyone. Lindsay, the property manager was really responsive and helpful. We would stay in this house again !

Wonderful stay with family!

Our family of all ages had a wonderful stay while we were visiting Cedar Rapids. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home, the communication with the property owners, and the excellent amenities! There was also a playground we could see from the home that we could easily walk to. We made some wonderful memories and would love to visit in the future!

This is the place!!

We were traveling with elderly grandparents and multiple family groups to a graduation at Cornell College- easy 30 minute drive to campus - the ranch set up with a finished basement was perfect. Gorgeous yard, fire pit close to a park. A VERY equipped kitchen. Clean - nicely decorated. Great family time- easy access to groceries etc- 10/10!

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends wanting to stay in the Cedar Rapids area.

Great Place!

This house was spacious with a great room and kitchen large enough for group gatherings and meals! The kitchen was well stocked. The host responded to messages quickly and was very kind and helpful. The back deck is great for hanging out and there’s a large park with a playground and walking path next door. Highly recommend this house!

Great weekend in CR

Our group, 6 adults, were in town for a high school reunion. This was our second visit to Lindsay's property and it was just a great the second time around. Its a beautiful home and very comfortable with plenty of space to get together or spread out. I'm certain we'll look to rebook if we get together in CR again.

Wedding 5-30-25

Our stay at this beautiful home was incredible! It was well stocked with all the essentials we needed for our trip to attend our son and daughter in laws wedding on 5-30-25! Location was excellent! Everything from the quiet setting to the bedrooms and their comfortable beds was an extra bonus! Our son and his beautiful bride work for Iowa University and plan on living in Iowa City for many years and we plan on staying at this home in the future to enjoy a holiday or two with our growing family! Thank you to our host Lindsey for making us feel so welcome in the great state of Robins, Iowa! We’ll be back again soon!!

Perfect place to gather

We rented this home for a few families that were attending our sons wedding. It's was a perfect oasis for our gathering. It provided each couple with privacy and offered excellent spaces to gather. Loved having access to three full bathrooms plus the laundry. We enjoyed the fire bowl on the deck off the kitchen as well. We highly recommend this place. Comfy beds and excellent linens. Host was quick to respond to questions and super kind. Top notch experience.

This place is great!

We were 6 adult CR expats returning for a mini-reunion along with a couple of locals. The house is great. Plenty of room for us. Great kitchen. The TV room is the basement is spacious and comfortable. We didn't use the grill, firepit or trampoline(!) due to some chilly weather, but maybe next time! Many thanks to our hosts for a great landing spot from our whole crew!

Quiet retreat for a busy wedding weekend!

Our daughter got married in the Cedar Rapids area and we were looking for a quiet place for our family to stay, which is exactly what we got! This home is beautiful and so spacious. It provided wonderful respite between all of the wedding festivities so that we all had energy for the big day. Bedrooms are so spacious! We wished we would have had more time to enjoy the deck and fire pit. It’s a beautiful property!

Family Weekend

Our family of adults, teens, and small children stayed 2 nights. We all enjoyed our stay, and wish we had more time, at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for all of us. The young adults could be downstairs while the little kids went to bed earlier upstairs. The house is divided nicely into spaces for a bigger group of multi-age people. Kitchen is great for cooking and for serving food to a group. The house is clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. We enjoyed the gas fire table on the deck. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s not really a neighborhood, it feels more like you are in the country. There is a park with a playground within a short walk. It is conveniently located if you have activities in or in the area around Cedar Rapids.

Kitchen ready to cook for a crowd

Well appointed kitchen, including some sugars, flours, spices, etc for baking and necessary pots/pans/bowls for cooking. 2 ovens, bottom oven cooks much hotter than expected. Keep an eye on your food in that one. Large master + 2BRs + 2BA on main floor. Very large closets and storage everywhere. Soft beds. 2BRs + 1BA in basement with large living room area and thoughtful games/activities/etc to occupy kids downstairs. Laundry machines work well. Helpful and responsive host. Regarding accessibility -- no grab bars near toilets or in showers. Showers are all walk-in. 4-5 garage steps to main floor has handrail. Wheelchair access to basement but not main floor.
