The chalet was exceptional! Everything you need is there from cooking utensils, lots of towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cart. Jose was very responsive. Great pool too!

The property was fully stocked with all beach needs: wagon, chairs, towels, and a cooler. The property was clean and welcoming. The air conditioning worked very well. All directions for check in and check out were easily understood. The walk to the beach was easy. The pool was clean. Our host was easily reachable and very receptive to help us with anything we needed. I will definitely be staying here again! Hopefully soon!

Buye Villa in Cabo Rojo

Outstanding Villa we stay for 3 nights. Our Host Jose is a great communicator and a great host. If you are looking for beautiful place to stay this is it.

A lovely place to stay near buye

It was super convenient! We loved that there wasn’t too much stuff in the apartment, so it was a safe place to stay with our toddler. We went to the beach a lot. It’s very convenient. It was very clean. Jose was super communicative & very easy to get in touch with for questions. Convenient drive to a few restaurants. It was lovely!

Summer vacation/ Daughter wedding

The villa was excellent it was clean and walking distance to the beach. The only problem I had was receiving a list of rules from Jose the day off the check in and they are not posted in the Web under any title. Like “no visitors are allowed “in the property. Also you rent a space with the capacity of 6 people we ware 3 on the reservation and my husband invited his parents to stay with us (age 80 years old ) and I received a phone call from Jose that they ware not allowed in the property. Contact me and ask me to change the reservation to 5 because was an extra charge per person that’s stay in the proper. I never paid additional for anything with Vrbo. The capacity off people said 6 we ware 5. He has cámaras at the entrance you field he is washing you from the moment you walk in the property. When he call me I have not even put my personal stuff in the property.Also at the end when we ware at the airport receive a notification asking me for an apparently a “missing plate”from the kitchen when we never used the kitchen just to make coffee. I had done Vrbo many times and never had any problems. I feels pressure and stress whit this hosts. I think everything needs to be posted and clear for the costumer that way we had the option if we what to stay in a place with so many rules. Vacation are to be stress relief not to feel stress about everything. I recommend to ask for the rules prior of booking so no surprises put you under unnecessary stress.

I don't usually answer these things but this time it deserves clarification to the guest. All the rules are in the property announcement. Also, days before I sent him the check-in information and he was warned again that the visit was not allowed. Days before, he was warned by text that there was only one parking lot for a single vehicle and the guest took two vehicles. He was again told that his reservation was for three people and the guest took 5 guests. End up adding two additional guests at no additional cost. When inspecting the property, a plate was missing and the laundry machine was not working. VRBO is evaluating our case.

Todo muy limpio, la villa esta completamente equipada y el host esta pendiente en todo momento. Lo llamè varias veces y todas las veces me contestò rapido y amable. Me encantò!
