L'unité dispose d'un balcon privé et meublé offrant une vue panoramique spectaculaire sur le sucre de sable blanc de la belle côte d'émeraude. Le condo est professionnellement décoré et dispose d'un roi dans le maître, lit superposé encart dans le couloir parfait pour les petits, et un canapé-lit dans le salon, parfait pour un maximum de six personnes. Le condo est entièrement équipée cuisines, draps / serviettes, kits de démarrage de café et des articles de toilette, radio-réveil, fer à repasser, savon à vaisselle, détergent à lessive, et laveuse / sécheuse. Profitez de l'accès gratuit à Internet haut débit, télévision avec chaînes thématiques par le câble, et un lecteur DVD.

Nous fournissons tout le nécessaire pour vous installer et détendue. Il y a une épicerie à proximité pour vous de réapprovisionner et ramasser tous les articles dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour le reste de votre séjour.

Great Condo at Calypso

Great getaway

We had a great family getaway to PCB. Our condo was perfectly located to walk to pier park. The condo was clean and accommodated me and my family. It does need more silverware and cookware but we made do. It has a great view of PCB off of the 19th floor balcony!

Relaxation

Loved the stay. The condo had everything we needed. The TV’s could have been more up to date and the internet was spotty. The location was not crowded, had beach chairs for the week, and easy access to pier park. Overall I would stay again cause we really enjoyed ourselves.

This was a perfect location for walking everywhere you want to eat/drink and shop. They beach was beautiful. Just know if you rent chair don’t expect to not have people with tents and umbrellas in your view (even when in the front row. Our condo was very clean and very accurate to the pictures ( little out dated but super comfortable bed)

Overall the condo was nice, could definitely do some updating in the master bathroom the bath did not drain well. The master bed was comfortable, both TV’s in the unit are very small. The property as a whole was clean. The beach access is nice and the Tiki bar is a plus!

It's a condo on the beach.

Great host! Not much else to say. Ice Maker was one of the best we've had in PCB. The Condo's TV/Bedroom/Living Room/Outdoor Patio furniture set really needs to be updated big time. And the Main bedroom's shower needs some drainage work.

The view is the winning feature of the place! The property was clean, had a good parking system and was very close to Pier Park and other amenities accessible by foot. Anthony and Trang were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The condo was adequate for 2 of us, but the kitchen could use more dishes and silverware. An update on appliances and TVs would be a bonus for this condo, but everything was in working order for us. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

This unit was clean, the beds are very comfortable! My only complaints are the patio furniture needs updated and more chairs added. It is a room that sleeps 6 but there were only two weathered chairs and a heavy ceramic table that desperately needs replaced before the legs rust out completely and it hurts someone. The balcony electrical plug did not work, it was too rusted. The kitchen needs more dishes, again its a room for 6 and only had 2 cereal/soup bowls and 4 plates as of Oct 4, 2025. This unit does offer beach services, therefore you will not find any beach chairs, toys or umbrella in the unit. You will need to bring your own if you don't wish you use the beach services. I would still return to this unit even with the minor inconveniences. The owner was pleasant with his communication as well.

Overall it was good

We had a good time and the unit was very nice. I would recommend it. The beach service company was not very professional. We never did have assigned chairs because no one was there to help us each time we tried. They were there during the day but not when we would go down. No one ever checked to make sure that we were actually supposed to be sitting in the chairs. We just sat wherever and so did other people. It wasn't a big deal but it would have been had it been peak season.

Great location!

We stayed at this property while in PCB for the SeaBreeze Jazz festival. It’s a great location - right next to Pier Park on the beachside. The high floor is good for cutting down the traffic noise from the main drag. The property is no-frills but clean and pleasant. It has a great view of the beach. As other reviewers have noted, it’s showing some signs of wear. Nothing huge but some appliances and kitchenware need to be replaced (e.g., iron, measuring spoons & cups). We couldn’t get the sliding door to lock, which shouldn’t be an issue on the 19th floor, except we lived in Miami during the escapades of the “Spider-Man burglar” so it made us a little nervous. The wifi didn’t work but the owners told us how to connect to a different one (signal wasn’t great but fortunately we didn’t need to work on this trip). The property owners are highly responsive and the check-in process is a breeze if you read the emails and follow the instructions. We’d definitely stay there again.

As promised and more

Clean- easy to navigate the property- got a deal on beach chairs thru the rental and the cabana guys gave us the crappiest chairs because we got a fantastic deal ($50 for the 4 days total). Even getting there at 8 o’clock told me the front row was already booked up and the second and we would have to stay on the third row. The water was still beautiful, we saw a manatee and sea turtle from the room. Enjoyed our stay and will be back again, so

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The room was great and clean, it just needed some updates on decor and furniture. Very convenient area and welcoming staff. Anthony and Trang communicated well and we will definitely come back. Highly recommend this place!
