Enjoy privacy and luxury within this expansive condo boasting comfort and convenience around every corner. The furnished balcony (accessible from both the living room and main bedroom) has beautiful views of the ocean, mountains, and a shared infinity pool. When you come back from a long day at the beach, you can soak in the tub in the main bedroom's en-suite bathroom and enjoy a view of the ocean. Central air conditioning will keep everything nice and cool while you relax, and room-darkening shades will ensure that everyone has a good night's sleep. A full kitchen features stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator, generous counter space, and a center prep island that also doubles as an elevated breakfast bar. The private washer/dryer will ensure that everyone looks their very best during your stay.

Great spot; awesome views; quiet and peaceful

Almost everything was perfect - even the initially slightly scary road leading up to the complex became fun after a couple of trips. A couple of suggestions to make it even better: A BBQ on the deck like the other units had would be great; a couple of more chairs for the beach; and maybe a beach umbrella.

This place was perfect!

This condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Its had all the amenities you need including a well equipped kitchen (with laundry room) and great internet speeds. The view was lovely and the grounds were very well maintained. Also the area feels very safe an secure. I would come back here again and again.

Great view

Spectacular five star view, lots of space. Modern, clean. Gated and guarded. Enjoyed pool use. Got a perfect view of neighboring monkeys that live in trees next to community. Indeed it was a treacherous road to get there and we too were nervous about staying out late and driving back. We stayed a week and used the three bedrooms, the place could use a little maintenance: add curtains for two shower windows facing out; one of the showers was not even functional; one bedroom ceiling fan not working; same bedroom ac unit was loud causing lost sleep; some kitchen cookware was rusty and unusable.

Wonderful Stay

Great place to stay. Great accommodations, views, overall comfort. The road to get there is a little hilly and might scare some, but the views are well worth it. I’m looking forward to staying here again.

Great Unit

Our first impression when we first walked in this unit was WOW. This has got to be one of the best units on the property. It is clean, well decorated, has stylish furniture and color coordinated. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need. The unit has lots of space for a family of 5. We appreciated that there were plenty of good quality towels and beach towels for all of us so that we didn’t have to wash towels everyday. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The sounds of different birds were pleasant in the mornings. My kids enjoyed the pool as well. I gave it 4 stars because the bedroom with the queen bed didn’t have water pressure in the shower and so wasn’t able to use it. Also, the ceiling fan in the room with twin beds was not working. These are minor gripes though that can easily be fixed. I would definitely stay in 8B again and highly recommend this unit. Check in/out was easy. I want to add that the location of Azul Paraiso is not an easy access to the main road because of the steep hills and bumpy roads but it’s close to the beach and many eateries.

Wonderful home but getting there is tough!

The unit was gorgeous - we loved everything about it. The views were amazing BUT being up so high involved a nerve wracking drive to get there. We didn't feel safe coming back in the dark or drinking while out so that limited our activities.

Amazing view, great condo!

Azul Parasio is a wonderful property with the most beautiful view imaginable! Nice walk to Playa Ocotal and Father Rooster. Easy taxi back. Don't miss Pelicano Sportfishing for charters, they are wonderful. Can't wait to return.
