The Space:

The Azul Paraíso development has a beautiful and unique pool for each separate building within the complex. As a result, your pool is shared only with four other units to allow for maximum privacy and you can find peace and relaxation reading a book in the sundecks.



Upon entering the condo, you will find a fully equipped kitchen featuring a spacious island, adjacent to which is a dining table seating six.



A spacious living room with a couch and TV opens to a large terrace, letting in light and sea breezes while you enjoy the beautiful landscape. The terrace features a six-person dining table and a lounge area for relaxing in the tropical Costa Rican air.



The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and separate bathtub. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed with en-suite, while two additional bedrooms with twin beds can accommodate up to 8 people.



Luxury Linens and bedding, towels, soaps, and air conditioning are provided, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

Ocotal Beach is only a five-minute drive away, and is where the popular Father Rooster’s restaurant. The condo is only a 10-minute drive to Playas del Coco, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Taxi services are available to Playas del Coco, and only 30 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR).



Other Things to Note:

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
