This home is all about location—it is only a two-minute walk to the beach, to massage tables, to fishing/kayaking/paddle-boarding, and to the very popular beachfront restaurant “Father Rooster’s.” There is plenty of room for friends and family in this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home.



This villa has stainless steel appliances and comes fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you need to make your stay more pleasant. There is a breakfast bar and also a dining table.

This home is only a 10-minute drive to Playas del Coco (taxis are available) where you can also you can find a variety of nightlife, restaurants, bars, casinos, shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.



This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.
