So grateful that they have this private dwelling as we had to arrive so late in the evening and the host was so accommodating having the key so readily available so we didn't have to fumble in darkness to find it, nor bother them in the late night. The place was perfect for our travel needs.

The cottage was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and it was a peaceful setting. The location was handy and helped us avoid traffic snarls as we visited our family. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you for everything.

Midway between Tampa and Orlando. Great for a couple not wanting to deal with hotel frustrations. Quiet, clean, comfortable and affordable.

Great rental

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is very private. The bed has the most comfortable mattress of any where we have stayed. We had planned on visiting Orlando and Tampa. This property was perfect as it is half way between the two cities. I would stay here again.

Great Stay!

What an amazing property and responsive owners. I stayed for a few days while moving my son into his freshman year at Florida Polytechnic University. The location was convenient for both the university as well as businesses and restaurants. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my stay was.

More Than a Suite!!!

We are a family of 4, 2 adults, a 9 year old and a 6 year old. We stayed for a whole week and this cute little suite felt like home! We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay at The Agave Suite. It’s the cutest, small but so comfortable space to stay at while visiting FL. The hosts were kind and attentive to our needs without invading our privacy. We loved our stay, recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Spot

We were in town for a series of softball games and the Agave Suites was the perfect spot between all three locations. The suite was exactly as listed, clean and our hosts were very communicative, prompt and accommodating. The snacks upon arrival were an extra special touch! Timing never worked out to use the pool, but loved the option and outdoor space, especially when visiting from Iowa in the winter!

Perfect For Two

We were visiting Lake Alfred to attend a wedding. Lavonna and Surgero's poolside studio was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and comfortable and had all the nice touches like coffee and tea and plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. Communication was nearly instantaneous through the app. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the deck was spotless and the water sparkling clear. The posting is very accurate and there were no disappointing surprises.
