It's always a fabulous experience at Cozy Haven Apartment! Locating the home, parking and entry (well lit) are super easy. All utilities/appliances/small appliances work well, are convenient and of great quality. Room a/c's are each excellent and amenities are generous and thoughtful. I so appreciate the location, the quietness of the home and area, and the amazingly convenient proximity to my destinations. Peaceful sleep in a comfortable bed and spacious bedroom with spacious closet are so appreciated. I also appreciate the washer/dryer. The owners are super nice, responsible and creative in the design and decor of this lovely apartment. Please see my previous reviews for more details. Thank you for another great stay!

I and my 89 year old mother stayed in this property for 4 days while visiting relatives. It was extremely clean and well equipped. The kitchen was well supplied for its size. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very quiet and very close to many resteraunts and Legoland. I would highly recommend it! The host was very thoughtful and considerate and responded very quickly to any needs.

Once again, Cozy Haven was so easy to access, spotless, and all tools, appliances and amenities listed were available and working well. The location is extremely close (walking distance) to some stores and restaurants, but amazingly quiet and nothing in immediate sight by large yards. beautiful residences, and Florida sunrise and sunset. Owners are very communicative and compassionate and have allowed me to extend my stay last minute due to a family matter. I was overjoyed to be able to remain in this ultra comfortable and beautiful apartment rather than quickly move to a hotel. I can't thank them enough for their empathy for others and for understanding the needs of visitors! And for their professionalism and sharing their property with visitors via VRBO! 10 Stars!!!!

From the time that I arrived, extended my stay, to the time I finaly departed. everything went perfectly well! The ease of entering the ease of parking the ease of using all of the many amenities this lovely apartment offers, makes it a perfect experience for me. Everything works well, the temperature is easy to moderate and so comfortable. Lighting is exemplary and the kitchen, washing machine/dryer and all appliances and equipment work well and ate easy to find and use. The neighborhood is very nice and the owners are also super nice and understanding. The convenience proximity or stores, Restaurants and services is a huge plus, too! At the end of my initial visit, a local family member needed my help; the owners of this property allowed me to extend my stay an extra week. I cannot thank them enough for their compassion, generosity, and attention to so many fine details in their lovely Cozy Haven apartment. I believe this is my third stay and it won’t be my last! Many thanks!

Fabulous stay at Cozy Haven

Cozy Haven exceeded my expectations! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!! Photos don't do it justice. It is beautiful inside with marble floors, pleasing color choices, and lovely peaceful & uplifting decor. Everything looks and feels new, and spotlessly clean. The Suite feels much larger than it looks in photos and is so comfortable, with two a/c's visitors can control that work well. All appliances worked well and kitchen was equipped with everyone you need. Spacious frig and storage in cabinets and bedroom closet. Instructions and details were all on point and helpful! I met the industrious & amazing owners who truly care about guest's experiences. I accidently damaged a "part" to their nifty coffeemaker and offered to replace the Part or the entire 'maker. They said the part price was minimal and forgave me. I owe them a gift for their kindness. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, quiet, easy to find and navigate; and SO close to many great restaurants, shopping, grocers and services! I highly recommend Cozy Haven!!! Thank you for a great stay!
