The location is very good as far as restaurants and convenience goes. The issues we had was the mildew smell when you walked in. The paint smell was horrific, and the pictures of the rooms were nothing like the displayed link to the room. The first night the bathroom light and master bedroom outlets blew so we had no lighting and no fan working the entire time we stayed. The price for the room was way too much for what we intended.

Updated and super clean condo

We stayed four nights at this condo… It was super clean and very nice. It was within walking distance to a lot of shopping businesses and eating places… We were very pleased.

Beautiful Property

Condo was really nice, recently updated, super clean! The heated pool was great - so was the hot tub! Easy accesss to the beach, which was beautiful white sand!

Great location, nice stay

We stayed at this condo for a short vacation. The location is very convenient. Many restaurants are nearby, and condo is right on a beach. Condo is well equipped, and check in and check out process is a breeze. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Excellent Place to Stay with Teens

The condo was in a perfect location with beautiful views. The manager took care of an issue quickly and with great kindness and understanding that was very much appreciated. I would recommend this condo if you want a quiet place near all the restaurants and action Pensacola offers.
