City of Seal Beach STR permit # STR 2025-1: Casa Azul, Seal Beach. Rare, classic updated beachfront vacation home with stunning sunset views and limitless beach fun ahead. Enjoy each morning mesmerized by the glassy water out front. Take an early stroll along the sand and dip your toes in the water at any time of day with a chance to spot some dolphins on occasion.You will have access to a full kitchen and open concept living area along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for up to 4 guests. This home shares a main entrance and a private side entrance for downstairs with the upstairs unit, but is thereafter a private oasis.This home is settled in a small beach town with all the amenities within a short distance. Within walking distance is Main Street featuring a variety of flavors to try — Thai, Mexican, Japanese, and Italian restaurants all call Main Street home along with an assortment of breakfast spots where you can have Nick’s famous breakfast burrito at Nick’s Deli on Main or grab a coffee at Bogart’s and walk the pier. Take a surf lesson on the north side of the pier or go on a run around town and take in the charm of the town and the streets lined with beautiful flowers and trees.Should you wish to venture outside of the immediate area, Seal Beach is perfectly situated for all activities. 30 minutes from Disneyland and Knott’s, 7 miles from Aquarium of the Pacific, and 20 miles from Pelican Hill Golf Club. You can head to Sunset Beach and kayak or paddle board through Huntington Harbor or drive 30 minutes to an Angels baseball game. We hope you will make our home a getaway you will never forget!

Don and Rebecca are incredible hosts - very accommodating to all our needs and made the check in and check out process extremely easy. The location is perfect - right on the beach and a short walk to downtown area. Easy street parking. We had everything we needed for ourselves and our child. Will definitely be returning.

We easily Ubered from the airport and then walked to most of the restaurants. Very walkable, very clean, great hosts! Don and Rebecca were great to visit with. We had no issues while staying there but we felt comfortable enough to ask, if there had been any. We will definitely stay here again, if in the area!

It's all about location, which is superlative. Great ocean views from the living room including Catalina Island and sunsets over Palo Verdes Hills. Owners live upstairs and are very friendly. We loved walking the beach promenade both ways, and walked to Main Street for lunches. Owner provided a permit to park on Ocean Ave or other close-by streets. Kitchen is VERY well supplied. We even had a bowl of ice in the freezer ready for us to use. Thank you Don & Rebecca for great hospitality!

Great Stay

This was a cute little house with everything that you might need for your stay. In a great location close to town and within walking distance to Main Street. Right on the beach. The owners are easy really nice and helpful and live right upstairs so are available for anything you might need. Great place and would stay there again.

Great time in Seal Beach on the Ocean!

Home Away From Home

Two couples rented this place right on the beach. It was clean and had every convenience. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Restaurants, coffee houses, and a variety of shops are within blocks. We all highly recommend this rental.

Private Paradise Literally Just a Step From Beach

Don & Rebecca were amazing hosts, allowing my Mom & I to enjoy a beachfront stay just steps from the beautiful ocean. It's a quieter location, so it feels like you have access to your own private beach! 1313 is a true gem of a spot, and it's very clean and fresh with a view you can't beat. The hospitality shown by Don & Rebecca was top notch as they provide everything one needs. I'm so grateful they have shared this special place!

House was in a great location. Very nice house inside. Owners live upstairs. We had late check in and that was a bit challenging with the owner. They need to work on that. Otherwise its a great house in a great spot

Beachfront Blue House

Had a fabulous time! Highly recommend the Seal Beach Blue House for view, hospitality, short walk to pier, shops, restaurants. You will be happy you chose the Blue House!

Spectacular Views!!

A must stay place! From the beginning the actual owners, Don and Rebecca, meet you for a tour of the beach house. The views of the beach and ocean are spectacular! If you need ideas of what to do, just ask Don or Rebecca. Their knowledge of the area is awesome. Very clean and has everything you need to cook, wash and chill on the beach. Love the small town feel and the people are so nice. When it was time to leave, there were storms in my city, Don and Rebecca were genuinely concerned and offered me and my family the beach house if we couldn't get back home. I will definitely keep coming back with my family when we can. I have found a perfect vacation spot for many years to come. Thanks Don and Rebecca for making our vacation worry free!!

Peaceful place

Our host was very responsive and made us feel right at home. We appreciated the high quality of the furnishings, bedding, towels & toiletries. Since a large berm was in place on the beach due to recent storms, we were able to walk a short distance to the pier for an expansive view.

Escape for Chiefs/Chargers game

Our hosts were super and quick to respond. The winter view out the living room is a tall sand berm in the winter, which was communicated clearly before we booked. It’s an easy climb to the beach. Also easy is the walk to the pier and the shops on Main St. There are many restaurants/bars/shops nearby. The unit is a nicely appointed 2 bed, 2 bath, great for 2 couples. We didn’t cook much but there’s plenty of dishes, pots, utensils, etc. If you need anything, the hosts are quick to accommodate. We hope to visit again, in the warmer months!

A very special place.......

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Blue House in Seal Beach. Don and Rebecca are warm and welcoming hosts. The Blue House is well stocked with everything you need. Especially in the kitchen. The ocean view from the front windows is spectacular! A very peaceful neighborhood and the sand and water are just a few steps out the front door. Cute place perfect location

This place was beautiful! We arrived late on the day of check-in making the process with the owners somewhat difficult. But, once we were in it was smooth sailing. Location is central to the small town and only a few blocks from the pier which we walked to daily. Plenty of household items in the kitchen making cooking easy. The place was very clean as well. We look forward to when we can return.
