Quarter acre property with a retreat backyard. Includes large heated pool with huge beach entry. Wheelchair accessible into the pool. Large jacuzzi, sauna, large and covered outdoor kitchen, gym, outdoor restroom and shower, two fire pits, gazebo, unbrellas and tall palm trees. Home has an extremely large. Bassinet/High Chair if needed. Game room with theatre seating, poker table and arcade console with 3500 games. 5 large televisions throughout. Close to Disneyland, Knotts, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, gondola rides, beaches, buzzing restaurant districts, nature center, equestrian center, swan boat paddling, japanese gardens, museums, boat tours, parks, a short boat ride to Catalina, freeways and airports. The home is at the end of a small and quiet cul-de-sac. A wonderful property for kids and their family.

Great property!

It was as advertised and the pool area was wonderful! We enjoyed dining outside and swimming. Centrally located, the house had everything we needed to enjoy the area. The host was communicative and clear for check-in and made our stay very nice. We would gladly book there again!

Terrific House With All The Amenities

We loved the house, especially the pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for all six of us and very clean. We had six adults there and never felt crowded. Checking in and out was a breeze and the owner was always available if something came up. A great place to stay!

Beach family vacation

Family Retreat home was perfect for my family. It’s close to all the beaches we planned on hitting. And after a full day of fun and exhaustion we had the pool, hot tub and sauna to relax and decompress. The house has plenty of space to spread out and is clean, major plus. We had great communication with our host and he was accommodating.

Splendid Stay in Long Beach

We had an amazing time at the house. With the pool and the Jacuzzi my 8 year old (all of us really) was entertained the entire time. The house was super clean, the property manager was incredibly responsive, and everything was fantastic. Really can't say enough good things, would highly recommend.

Family visit

House was huge with lots of space, and the backyard matches. Lots of space and the pool was amazing. Water was nice and warm for winter. Kitchen had had everything we needed to make dinner. we will be back for sure in the summer.

Disneyland Trip Made FANTASTIC!!!

We LOVED the property! Pool was EVERYTHING seen and more!!! We stayed outside 90% of the time we were at Mr. Todd's (kiddos always name the house), only used the house for sleeping (beds SO comfy) and kitchen (has anything you you could need). It was a wonderful trip because it is a HOME to enjoy time with family...

Great Property with Impressive Outdoor Area

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Everything went very smoothly and the communication with Todd the owner was fast and helpful. The backyard is amazing, it was possibly even better than in the online listing! The kitchen area outside is huge and fully stocked with equipment. The hot tub and pool were big and our kids swam and played forever. The pool basketball hoop was a nice touch for our family. The inside of the house was also comfortable with huge televisions and comfortable couches. My daughter loved the room with the desk and the master was super spacious and comfortable. There are many food options nearby at mid to lower price points and a Vons store as well. We highly recommend staying here!

For the city of Long Beach, I have an extremely large property. The city of Long Beach has over 2000 food establishments, tons of entertainment, beach, and close to attractions such as Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, the aquarium and much more. I have lived in the city for over 25 years.

My property is unique to the city of Long Beach due to its large size. I bought this property 15 years ago and completely renovated it. I have a large pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, gym, large outdoor covered kitchen, fire pits, palm trees, seating for over 40, outdoor restroom and shower.
