One Bedroom Condo in River Oaks Golf & Tennis Resort

This beautiful one bedroom condo is located in River Oaks Golf & Tennis Resort and less than 5 miles from the ocean, 5.2 miles from the airport. This location is quiet, cozy, and central to nearly all Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. It is fully furnished with new stainless steel appliances and furniture that include a new king size bed with memory foam mattress, a full size sleep sofa and a single size foldable sofa chair, two 43" smart TVs with internet stream channels. Free WiFi and Parking. The balcony has gorgeous golf court lake views. We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Great location and affordable. Although it could have been cleaned better and provide extra blankets and pillows. Kitchen could have been better equipped also.

Loved the condo - it was super cute and clean. Very close to the mall and Broadway and other local attractions. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Even though we had to cut our trip short due to weather, we had a lovely stay.

The location was good for us as we golf. The place was clean and you could see it had been updated fairly recently. We would stay again if we come back and it's available.

Great location. Great stay.

We had a lovely stay for 2 weeks. My husband and I golfed each day and it was nice to come home and relax on the deck with the view the golf course. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and the location is close to everything. We would definelty book again.

The room was good

I stayed in for only one night. The host sent a detailed message on VRBO just before check in time with information needed to gain access to the room from outside as well as wifi/pool/parking tips. When I found that I was missing something, the host offered to drop it off at the room for me.

Just you and me

This condo is very nice and it is perfect for 2. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on deck and watching the people play golf. My only suggestion is that the owner add a full length mirror on back of bedroom door. Also, maybe an organizer in closet so there is somewhere to put clothes.

The property is very nice and enjoyable but the upstairs neighbor stays up all night pacing or something not allowing for peaceful sleep. This is the only issue I found.

We were here for less than 12 hours, so my comments are limited. However, for 2 adults and a teenager, it was perfect. Bed is comfortable and sleeper sofa was fine for my daughter. Keurig cups provided (bring your own sweetener and milk). Sponge, paper towels, and soap provided. Plenty of bath towels and soaps. 3 towel bars in the bathroom! (I usually find this lacking in hotels and rentals.) Located in a large apartment complex off the highway on the way in to Myrtle.

TV in living room was a Roku TV and couldn't get local or sports channels. Shower was clogged so when you showered you stood in water to your ankles. Bathroom and kitchen rugs were DIRTY!

Too noisy

Would not recommend this place. The apartment above is also a Vrbo. Multiple families making constant noise. The had to listen to constant thudding and washing machine noise until midnight most nights. We ended up leaving early because of the noise. When we contacted the owner. He told us it isn’t his problem. We had file a complaint to Vrbo.

Great location

Location was great. You are in the middle of all attractions. Airport, beach , murrell inlet and barefoot landing. Place looks exactly like the photos. Communication before and during our stay with owner was excellent. We had an issue with the faucet in the shower. I texted Harry just to let him know about it. In 10 minutes he came over and changed out the knob. We would definitely rent this place again.

Just as advertised

The property was nice, just as described. The unit was very clean and up to date. Very quiet area. The patio was really nice, it was screened it and relaxing. My only issue was the shower water didn't stay hot long, so you couldn't enjoy a long hot shower but I would rent this unit again
