On the veranda, you will have a truly tropical experience with serene views of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a great place to dine, watch incredible sunsets while enjoying casual conversation. The kitchen has been opened and expanded with a comfortable kitchen cabinet and countertop. Each bedroom has a refurbished bathroom. storage cabinets. San Marco has a clubhouse as well as dedicated parking spaces and a grill area for you. This attractive condominium complex is close to the marina where you can go fishing and birdwatching. Walk to Venice Yacht Club and Crow's Nest Grill & Bar for dinner and a drink, or get on the water across the street from the Higel public boat ramp. This is a great location and was as described. The kitchen is stocked with the basics only and could use a fresh sponge for each renter. Towels and linens could also use updating. We had a guest but there was no parking pass for the guest parking spaces. He had to park offsite. The unit was clean and cutely decorated.

Winter Escape

Very convenient condo for Venice. Walk to the South Jetty. Very close to downtown Venice and all it has to offer. Great sunset views down by the pool. Clean and well appointed.

The rental was ok. The complex is older, but clean. Had a rough start with heating since it had turned cold, but they got service immediately and we were comfortable temp wise. The apartment has older windows which with being on the 6th floor, high winds tend to get noisy. But the location to the beach was great with a nice area to lay out near the pool with plenty of loungers and chairs. The beds were very comfortable. The supplies (pots/pans/towels/utensils) were mismatched and sparse, but there were a couple beach chairs to use and the laundry was accessible in the building. The people of the building were friendly.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the unusually strong winds during your stay affected your experience. While we cannot control the Florida weather, we take our guests' comfort very seriously. We want to inform you and our future guests that we have already addressed this: all windows have been resealed with new weatherstripping. The insulation is now much better, and the rooms are quiet and cozy, even during windy days. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helped us make the apartment even better!

When we arrived there was only 1 light in both bathrooms. 3 lights were out in each.There was not any hot water to take a shower. The water was luke warm. The water pressure in the second bath was horrible and the water never got warm enough to take a bath. It was good we didn't need that extra bathroom for our stay.When I reached out Olga responded quickly and they were there the next day to fix the hot water and the lights Didn't notice the issues with the other bath until later in the week. It was not worth contacting as I just continued to use the main shower.All of these issues should have noticed before we got there.All in all we would stay there again.Olga communication was great and she responded quickly.

sorry for the inconvenience with obtaining the key to the building through the lock. but such community rules, only those who have a key can enter the building.I hope you made a great vacation ,and by the way thanks for the tip left by the housekeeper.
