Our listings are located in Beautiful Wyoming, Oh. All of our units come equipped with a fully furnished 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, full kitchen, living room and dining area. We also offer parking, as well as a coin operated laundry area. We are in walking distance of Historical Homes located in this area, groceries stores, food market, butcher shops, bakery, a tailor, several bars and restaurant, etc. for your enjoyment and entertainment. We're also close to all major expressways, as well as major grocers, and retail shopping.

Easy to find. The owner text check in instructions and was very responsive. We couldn’t find the tv remote and they brought a new over that day. Only reason it wasn’t 5 was that it was super hot when we arrived there because the ac was turned off and the window was open. The weather was unusually warm. We were glad that it had an ac window unit and a fan to cool it down. Again, because it was so hot outside and we were outside watching tennis all day we showered often. There were only two towels, luckily we brought a couple with us. Overall, perfect for what we needed.

I have never before left a bad review about anything. We are just not those type of people. Yet, our two-night stay turned into a one-night ordeal, beginning with being put into a different place at the last minute with no prior communication from the owner. It only got worse from there. Spittle on the bathroom faucet; pubic hair on the toilet; Trash in the trash can. The place was not clean. Worse still, there was no lock that locked the door exclusively from the inside. Anyone with an old key could have accessed the place during the night. I blockaded the door, but still had a sleepless night on a really cheap mattress and sheets. Darick took our call, and gave an odd story about why he switched us from his one apartment to the other at the last minute. He admitted it was not cleaned, and knew cut out after one night. He offered to refund half our reservation, but he has not. I wrote him, but he did not respond. I would just stay away unless you like an unsafe, unclean, unreliable experience.

It was safe and quiet. There was wifi and good air conditioning. The parking wasn't the best and I didn't know I was going to be on a second floor. There was laundry options available which is nice but from our room it would have been three flights of stairs.

Great location

Wonderful stay in Cincinnati. Close to everything in a very quaint and quiet neighborhood. The property was a bit dated, but the cleanliness of the unit was superb.

While I will admit. the apartment does appear to be cozy and has a lot of charm. A few issues made the stay hard to enjoy. Dirty utensils, pots, pans, trays, drying rack had dead bugs on it. Old sponges provided and very little washing soap to try to clean things with for yourself, even if you wanted too. Hand soap in bathroom also was practically empty. Creaky floors minus the kitchen. No sugar to make tea or coffee. A lot of random hairs in the shower, towels, and wash cloths. My stay was very short and i ended up checking in very late so once i noticed some of the unpleased things out felt too late at night to call and complain about so many issues but i also want aware of them until the 2nd day and was leaving the day after. Darrick was very pleasant and i do feel like he asked he would have fixed these things however i also feel the apartment should have been checked/ and restocked before making it available to rent. If these issues were guaranteed to be addressed on my next trip i would happily stay there again.

Just Perfect for My Needs

The property owner is super responsive and helpful. The City of Wyoming is amazingly charming. I wish I had more time to dine at the local restaurants. Like last year, this was a busy work week for me and the apartment met my needs perfectly. My second stay and will stay there again next year.

Exactly as advertised

This was the perfect quiet and cozy place for my mom and I to relax after a family emergency. I am so thankful for them accommodating our 3:30 am arrival by train.What few questions I had were promptly answered. This will probably be where I stay when coming to visit in the future.

Property was VERY dirty. Dust in every single register in apartment, the paint was chipping on the hallway window seals as well as in the apartment window seals. There were MULTIPLE holes in walls throughout the apartment, some holes are covered with mirrors while others are not. The floorboards were very squeaky, every step that you made I am sure the neighbors heard it. The train would start up around 3a every single morning, running all day until sun down. Ask for a refund for the last 2 days I could not stay there, and the property manager offered me to be credited for another stay if I came back instead of refunding the last two days. You DEFINITELY get what you pay for with this apartment, and as a women I did NOT feel safe in this apartment!

Amazing

Darrick is very helpful and always there to answer any questions. Neighborhood is great and can take a nice walk. Entry to apartment is easy. I enjoy staying at his locations will definitely be back
