Quiet getaway with a relaxing vibe

This place was nestled in a quiet neighborhood had a close proximity to a lot of really good restaurants and points of interest. The space was great and had everything we needed. The bed was insanely comfortable and was the perfect place to stay.

The photos in the listing tell it all about interior. Located next to beautiful Eden Park, the neighborhood is quiet and attractive. Downtown is ten minutes away. Easy to get to just about anywhere in Greater Cincinnati. I’ll be back for sure.

Property was clean, the bed is awesome and parking was good. The only tiny problem we had was trying to figure out if we were in apartment 1 or 2 once we got inside the building but overall a great place to stay!

Easily accessible area, close to pretty much everything. Parking at night was a little difficult as its street parking but wasnt a big deal at all. Very cute place, pictures and description in listing is accurate. Would stay again if ever in the area.

Nice Accommodations

It was spotless and neat—updated decor. Easy access and as described by the owner. The cost was very fair, also. We would definitely stay again. I would recommend telling people that there are many steps to walk up for those that may not be able to walk up the steps. Otherwise, perfect!

Noisy Eden

The place was nice and the neighborhood was ok. Hard to find parking but we did eventually. The issue is the noise of the other people in the building. The people above us who we think lived there were noisy all night and it was awful.

Awesome!

It was a lovely place, super clean, and had everything you needed from towels to dishes and everything you need to cook a meal. The only thing is that the apartment number was not specified and we accidentally tried to get into the wrong one and looked on the app for which apartment number it was and that was no help.We figured it out only to later have another person staying at vrbo nearby open our door (it was locked they got in) somehow thinking it was their vrbo.

We did not stay. It was very dirty. The sheets had stains on them and looked unwashed. The bathroom towels were wadded up and looked unwashed. The entry smelled like urine. It was completely unacceptable. We contacted with owner with no reply and had to get a hotel room.

Overnight stay

Got there. Place was accurate with the pictures. Very old, renovated building in great, quiet neighborhood. Easy check in. Place had a smell of gas leak, notified owner, who was there within 20 minutes. Leak was coming from the stove. It was a little inconvenient (rating of 4stars), but luckily he has another place (smaller) in the same building and he gave us a discount to move. It was fixed quickly, but we opted to move due to odor. If you have difficulty with stairs, it would be hard to get up to the building. Bed was super comfortable.
