400 steps to Long Sands beach via Webber road! 2bd, 1 bth w/ Laundry!

This condo (duplex) is located within great proximity to the beach with everything you need to cook from home!

The cottage offers a renovated kitchen with bamboo flooring throughout. There is a smart TV, WiFi, full bathroom with 4 foot shower and so much more!

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic things you should need during your stay like a toaster, a keurig & regular drip coffee marker, pots and pans if you feel like cooking, plates and cups, and naturally...wine glasses!

There is a mini-split AC in each bedroom, a fan in the main living area. There is parking for 2 cars. There is also heat available throughout for those chilly spring or fall nights.

We do not provide sheets or towels, there is 1 queen size, 1 double or full size, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. There is a washer and dryer for you to use during your stay exclusive to this unit only.

This duplex is great for 2 families if you'd like to go on vacation together but have your own space rent both sides! Both sides are 2 bed room 1 bath and sleep 6 people.

We also rent this property for a 6-9 month term in the winter months feel free to inquire about that as well!

Perfect for our Family

The house had everything our family needed and then some. The mini split air conditioning kept us very comfortable during the hot hot days. Everything was clean and comfortable. We appreciated having the laundry downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked. We were very happy! Also… 5 star location! This house is literally a few minute walk from the beach! Views of the lighthouse and a quieter end of the beach. It’s a longer walk or a short drive to most stores or restaurants but well worth it.

Great vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and a perfect size for a family of 4. We loved the amenities as well as eating breakfast and dinner at the picnic table outside. The house was a short, enjoyable walk to the beach. The house came with a beach cart making it easy to bring our things to the beach. We would stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Location

It had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great - the whole house stayed cool. Quick walk to the beach and quite area was a plus. The only downside was the musty basment. No place to put close, and if they fell on the floor - you'd want to wash them again because the floor was damp.

What an amazing experience we had. Everything was so clean and they had everything we needed. I could have probably packed less. The property manager was receptive to all texts. I would absolutely come back. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Communication was easy. Place was clean and well stocked. Very clean. A little smaller than expected. Walk to beach close enough. Beach itself isn’t the sandy area and town has really spotty Wi-Fi as a general heads up.

Good location, need to bring own beach chairs

We had a nice stay here, house is smaller than I expected which was tough with husband and 2 growing boys. You need to bring your own linens, which I knew but just FYI. There is a washer/dryer in this unit which was super helpful. The beach accessories was basically non existent- there was 1 chair, a broken chair and another one too large to bring to the beach, a broken beach cart and one boogie board. I had to call my husband to bring our own beach chairs and umbrella. The beds are very uncomfortable and really need to be updated, I couldn’t sleep in the “master” bed it was so bad. The bathroom floor is uneven and has soft spots. Overall, we had a good trip, but this wasn’t my favorite place to stay. Checkin process easy and communication with property management was easy.

Overall it was a decent stay, but probably would not stay here again. The house was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed having access to the grill which came with propane, and the washer and dryer. This house is fairly close to the waterfront, but to get to the actual beach (where it’s sand and not huge rocks) it’s about a mile walk- we did not realize that until the moment. Down to the nitty gritty, that may be smaller “issues” that may both matter to others… I will say that we are glad we brought our own bath soap. The dispenser was bone empty, and upon opening it to see if it did have anything when it wasn’t coming out , it was moldy. The beds were comfy, but the rooms were not very accommodating to using a pack and play for our 1 year old, as the rooms were very small. The house came with all the dishes we could have needed, but many of them were greasy, or had a distinct cloudy film on them. Ones we needed, we had to rewash, and outside of that we opted for disposable dishes/utensils. Outside, it was difficult for us to let our son down and play outside on the property as there were many rusty nails along the stone walkway, we attempted to pickup and dispose of as many as possible. There were beach chairs available for our use, only one was in working condition. One was broken to where the chair was not adjustable, and the other seemed dry rotted. Overall, at the end of the day, it was a mostly comfortable roof over our heads for the stay.

Excellent chalet pour nos vacances!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour! C'était parfait pour 4 adultes et 1 jeune enfant. L'endroit est très propre et bien entretenu, et la cuisine offre tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. L'emplacement est parfait, à distance de marche de la plage. La communication était simple et rapide. Nous recommandons cet endroit!

Cozy cottage in a peaceful neighborhood walking distance to Long Sands

This was a great little rental an easy walk to Long Sands beach and Sun and Surf Restaurant. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The cottage is adorable, I particularly loved the skylight bathing the main living area in natural light. All amenities were working fine and it was nice to have a washer and dryer available as well as an assortment of beach chairs and a beach cart. Cozy and quaint - we loved it! Thanks for the super fast communication during our stay, too!

Fabulous time close to the beach

My family stayed here for a week. Weather was excellent. House is very close to the beach which is nice with little kids. The beds probably need to be updated soon but other than that we had a wonderful time!

Was too small for our family

I was hoping we would be okay with this rental. It was unfortunately too small for our liking. The beds weren't comfortable. The basement was creepy and very wet, it was raining our whole stay though. The kitchen sink smelled pretty bad. Thankfully we only stayed two nights.

Walking distance to beach great. The grandchildren enjoyed Maine. The property was nice and suited our needs. Ordered linen/towels prior and they were in the condo when we arrived. would have liked air conditioning in the other bedroom. We enjoyed downtown and going over to NH. Walking the beach was nice (my favorite). We all actually went in the water and the kids got floats to ride the waves. Got to see a wedding by the lighthouse. Now missing the lobsta and clams!

We loved our vacation house and had a great time! We received great communication with Renee during a town wide power outage she let us know updates as it was going on she was fantastic! Would stay here again!

Perfect beach getaway

Great beach cottage one street off of the beach. Cottage has everything you would need, we stayed for 9 days and it was just like being at home. Comfy rooms and living area and very clean bathroom. 2 minute walk to the beach and easy access to stores nearby for anything you need. Will definitely likely be staying again.

Celebrated my parents’ anniversary with a week at the property. Fully stocked with anything you could hope for, clean, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach! Convenient and comfortable, and very easy to work with!

The house was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything. The BBQ grill was top notch.

Renee made the trip very easy for my family. The binder full of where to go and what to see in York Beach was very considerate and was right on the kitchen table when we got there. York beach is a lovely place. Arcades and lovely general stores and ice cream stands. We were surprised to learn that Long Sands (where the house is) is all rocks by early afternoon. The sand completely dissapears and one is required to open his beach chair upon the stones. Before early afternoon the beach is lovely but the sand is wet and packed save the few yards the town tills nightly. The house has absolutely everything (save linens) a family could need for a beach vacation. The bathroom was large and clean with a low clearance tub. We like to stay active and York is very jogger friendly. All in all our week at the Beach was super enjoyable. Many thanks to Renee for being such a wonderful host:)
