This BEAUTIFULLY decorated and spacious 3 bedroom,2 bathroom and a Den/Office home is located a short distance to to the State Farm (Cardinals) Stadium, Noterra Entertainment District, Desert Ridge Entertainment District, Westgate Entertainment District, the Desert Diamond Casino and the Deer Valley Shopping Plaza. We are also located a short drive to the Six Flags/Hurricane Harbor Water Park, Downtown Phoenix, Ak Chin Pavilion, Spring Training Baseball Fields..... all the SPORTS, RESTAURANTS, GOLF, HIKING, CONCERTS, and ENTERTAINMENT you desire. Close to Freeways: Interstate 101, I-17, and State route 51. This property is situated in a established residential suburb close to everything you'll need to enjoy your home away from home.

Within this beautifully decorated house you will find everything you'll need for your stay. Its newly remodeled, professionally sanitized, fully stocked with a beautiful backyard oasis!

Bedroom: Furnished with a California King sized bed, nicely decorated with plenty of room to spread out and make yourself at home. Bed linens and extra blankets. Ceiling Fan, extra space header. Hummingbird feeder located outside of bedroom window for up close nature watching!

Bathroom: Supplied with complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap), hair dryer, bath towels, hand soap. Shower/Tub combo.

Kitchen: Open concept floor plan and living area to include an eat in dining area. Dining table seats 8 - 10 guests. Comes fully equipped to make a meal with the following:
- Refrigerator, Pots, Pans, Plates, coffee mugs, cups, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, Kuerig coffee maker, complimentary coffee, microwave, tea kettle, crockpot, cooking spices, dishtowels and paper towel.

Problems

The house was very nice and in a very nice neighbor. It was just the size we needed. after driving all day I went to do my check-in process and I had no information.I tried to call and sent at least four messages to the host at 8 o’clock, and never received a reply, I ended up having to call Vrbo and finally at 8:53 PM. I received the check in information. one of the reasons we rented the house is because they were TVs in every bedroom . The only TVs that worked accurately was the one in the living room, and one outside. the TV in the master bedroom would come on, but you could not turn down the sound, or turn it off with a remote , the other TVs did not work either. Per the instructions in the book left for us I called and emailed the host. I never received a reply. Also, the garbage disposal did not work, twice we had to plunge it. There was no the ice machine in the refrigerator. I hate leaving bad reviews, but when you pay good money you expect to receive what you pat for.

Excellent place to stay!

Very nice house! Very spacious and clean. I loved all of the extras... robes, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, basket of bathroom items in case we forgot anything, firewood for the fire pit and charcoal for the grill! We enjoyed sitting outside to watch TV and having dinner at the patio table under the cute string lights on the porch. The location was great for easy access to the 101 and 17 and to the Waste Management Golf Open. There were lots of places to go hike, but also plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Thanks for the great long weekend!
