This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. Max 1 vehicle per HOA restrictions. - There are shared, coin-operated laundry facilities on every even-numbered floor. - Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit. - Age requirement: All guests must be accompanied by someone 21 years of age or older who is staying in the unit. - Beach towels, chairs, & equipment are not provided. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.) - Wristbands are required to be worn by the pool area and left behind at departure. There is a $50 charge for a lost or damaged wristband. - We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Reservations that are 28 nights or greater in length require 60 day cancellation notice to receive refund less $200 cancellation fee.
