The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, dishware, flatware, cooking essentials, coffee pot, the basic necessities!

Important Notes:
- Parking: There is an additional one-time Resort Fee of $30 (subject to change) to be paid upon arrival that includes 1 Parking Pass. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. Max 1 vehicle per HOA restrictions.
- There are shared, coin-operated laundry facilities on every even-numbered floor.
- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age requirement: All guests must be accompanied by someone 21 years of age or older who is staying in the unit.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- Wristbands are required to be worn by the pool area and left behind at departure. There is a $50 charge for a lost or damaged wristband.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
